ZOINKS Scoob, still trying to solve the mystery of when you'll find your forever family?! ????Scooby is a 5 year old, German Shepherd/Boxer mix who was brought to our shelter as a stray but was never claimed. We are still learning more about Scooby each day as she starts to show more and more of her personality to us. Her favorite things are going for walks around the property, and soaking up as much love and attention she can get from staff. Scooby has been getting along well with other dogs at the shelter but a meet and greet would be required for any potential canine siblings for her. Scooby is spayed, microchipped & up to date on all vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Scooby, please go to our website:www.nokillarc.org to fill out a pre-approval form, it can be located under the ‘adoptable dogs' section.

Story
Meet Eve Eve is an estimated 3 year old, German Shepherd/Husky mix who has eyes that tell a story of resilience and hope. Her journey through life has been anything but smooth, filled with the heartbreak of being abandoned and on the run for weeks. What Eve is really seeking now is a loving home with someone who understands her breed and has experience with dogs. She has a moderate energy level, is good on a leash and working on mastering all of her basic commands. Eve does however have some quirks that staff are working on with her that potential adopters should be aware of, as she can become mouthy in situations she's unsure of. She doesn't ask for much - just understanding and compassion from her future family. An adult-only home is preferred, and experienced adopters who can provide the guidance and care she needs would be the perfect match. Eve is spayed, microchipped & up to date on all her vaccinations. She is also seems to do well with other dogs and is open to meeting them (a meet and greet would be required at our shelter for any potential canine siblings). With the right person or family, Eve has the potential to become a loyal and loving companion, ready to embark on a new and more stable chapter of her life. If you think you could provide her with that: please go to our website: www.nokillarc.org to fill out a pre-approval form (it can be found under the ‘adoptable dogs' section).

Story
Blue/Orange-16+ Kids, Only PetRequirements-Breed ExperienceBolt has come a long way since he first arrived in the shelter and now will seek out attention once he is comfortable with you. He will still need to be introduced and possibly re-introduced to new people. After taking time to warm up, he is a protective boy who is fiercely loyal to his people. He is able to walk by other dogs from a distance but at this point would not be able to live with other animals. That said, multiple shelter volunteers have taken the time to work with Bolt to socialize him and ensure he gets ample fresh air. We're hoping to find him a home with experienced Shepherd owners where he will thrive. For more resources to help with at any step of your adoption journey go to: https://go.petadoptiongateway.com/LycomingDTBureau of Dog Law Enforcement-Kennel License #2617

Story
Blue/Purple-8+ Kid by Kid, Dog by DogOnyx is a really nice boy, but he lacks impulse control and jumps up. He will need some work on his manners, but he doesn't lack enthusiasm. He did live with small children but until he calms down he would definitely knock them over. He will also play with his mouth open and catch you with a tooth. There isn't an ounce of aggression just overzealous playfulness. For more resources to help with at any step of your adoption journey go to: https://go.petadoptiongateway.com/LycomingDTBureau of Dog Law Enforcement-Kennel License #2617

Story
This remarkable dog was discovered abandoned in a rural area where he had endured exposure to the rain for an indeterminate period. Concerned passersby initially suspected he was injured, but upon my arrival, he eagerly hopped into my car and indulged in an entire box of treats. He's proven to be the most entertaining, affectionate, and intelligent companion I've ever encountered. His teeth bear the marks of neglect rather than age-related wear, and we estimate his age to be around 4-5 years. He adores car rides, and walks, and remains a loyal, dependable companion who never strays far. He is fully house-trained, adept at using a pet door, and gets along famously with other dogs. One of his ears has a distinctive appearance due to a past illness or injury that went untreated, but our vet has addressed it, and it appears to be in good condition now, although it will retain its unique appearance. If you're interested in welcoming Knuckles or any of our Funny Farm friends into your home, please visit funnyfarmpets.org to learn more about our Tennessee-based rescue, the adoption process, the comprehensive vetting procedures these pets undergo before they come to your home, and to submit an adoption application. The adoption fee for this pet is $325, and an additional $200 is required for transport. Currently located in a foster home in Tennessee, this pet will be transported to a northern location after the adoption process is finalized. For details on meeting locations and the transport process, please visit the transport tab at funnyfarmpets.org.
