Story
A run or couch cuddles? This girl covers all the bases! Meet Betty White! Betty White is located in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area. (See information below in the Adoption Donation section.) Born in November 2021, Betty White is an athlete in a compact, 45 lb. body. Betty is a free spirit who continually wants to explore and test her limits. Sniff spot outings and agility jumps are a favorite activity for her – and if she has a buddy dog to join her in the adventures, all the better! She’s a happy, playful terrier mix who loves her human and dog companions with the same gusto she exhibits for activity. Betty plays nicely with her foster dog siblings and gets along great with children. She loves to chase, so a cat free home would be best for Betty.  A peek at Betty White’s DNA results helps to explain her natural athletic abilities. She is 46% American Pit Bull Terrier and 25% German Shepherd Dog so being active and wanting to move is in her genes. Naturally eager to learn, Betty has excelled at obedience training. If you need a workout partner who will keep you consistent and help you attain your fitness goals, Betty is the girl for you! But Betty White isn’t all go, all the time. She is a cuddler and snuggle bug, too. Betty White’s loving and charming personality have made her a foster favorite. Funny, friendly, and affectionate, she does have an off switch and loves to cuddle with her people while her batteries recharge. She warms you up with snuggles and kisses, and while she enjoys spending time with her people, she will sleep in her crate without a whimper. Betty is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and fully potty trained.  Betty White is a lovable sweetheart who just needs someone willing to invest in some training to help with her quirks. We know that quality training can be a costly investment, so to help alleviate that cost, we are waiving our normal $450 minimum adoption donation so you can put that towards training instead.  Want to meet Betty White? Fill out an inquiry form or visit our website! At Path of Hope Rescue we strive to decrease the euthanasia rate of high-risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are 100% foster based and rely on volunteers and fosters to help in our mission. Our goal is to make EVERY DOG. WANTED. Minimum Adoption donation is $550 for dogs under a year and $450 for dogs one year and older. Adopters may choose to travel to Spokane to pick up their dog or use our monthly transport option, Puppy Delivery Express, for an additional delivery donation of $250. Puppy Delivery Express currently delivers puppies throughout Washington and to parts of Montana, Idaho, and Oregon. Please visit https://www.pathofhoperescue.com/ for more information about our organization and the adoption process.  We will choose the most suitable home for each dog, not the first application received. If the dog you are applying for is adopted, we have hella good matchmakers that will help you find your perfect new four-legged family member. Since the dogs that come up the Path of Hope are rescues, not much is known about them. Therefore breed and adult sizes are our best guesses and we cannot guarantee this information is accurate.  ##1395537##

A colorful girl with a personality to match! Meet Magenta! Magenta is located in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area. (See information below in the “Adoption Donation” section.) An older puppy, Magenta is a female German Shepherd Dog mix with medium, sable colored fur. She and her sister came to us from Texas where they had been strays. Fun, loving, and energetic, Magenta has a sweet, affectionate, and gentle personality as bright and warm as the color she is named for. Magenta is happy to cuddle with you and give you kisses as well as accompany you on walks or hikes. Comfortable in her new Washington surroundings, she lets her active, curious personality shine through. Magenta loves exploring and would be a great exercise buddy. Magenta has several resident dogs in her foster home, and she has been having a blast learning how to be a dog with them. She prefers proper, calm introductions (don’t we all?) to other dogs and is good at making canine friends. Magenta is very gentle with the resident cats in her foster home and enjoys their calm energy.  Recently, Magenta participated in a large Path of Hope Rescue puppy play date at Rex & Relax in Spokane.  She made new friends both canine and human as she romped and played. Magenta was gentle and sweet with the children she met and enjoyed spending time with them. Magenta has many skills to bring to her forever home. She is extremely well crate trained; she has no issues being in her crate for long periods of time and can be left alone for several hours. Magenta goes outside to potty on a consistent schedule with no accidents and sleeps through the night. She has started basic obedience training (treats are a big incentive!); “sit” and “come” are her newest commands. Magenta’s ideal home? She’d love an active family for daily walks and playing (she is a GSD, after all) as well as humans who enjoy cuddles, snuggles, and kisses. Companions, either children or dogs, would be the icing on the cake for this girl. If you are looking for an active, gentle girl who enjoys spending quality time with her people, Magenta might be the pup for you! Want to meet Magenta? Story
A TV critic and dog park aficionado Meet Mummy! Mummy is located in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area (See information below in the Adoption Donation section.) At about 4.5 years of age, Mummy is a mix of TV watching couch potato and dog park aficionado. She enjoys watching her favorite shows (anything featuring dogs is a big hit with her) but she cannot wait to get to the dog park and run, run, run with the other dogs (maybe because she knows she is the fastest one there!). Mummy came to our rescue after being found in a garage with her newborn puppies. Now that her puppies have gone out on their own, she is ready for her forever home. Mummy has a sweet temperament, a goofy ear, and the most adorable head tilt. As a mother, she has honed her listening skills and is always curious to hear what you have to say. Friendly and affectionate, Mummy loves to be with her favorite people and likes nothing better than cuddling or spending quality time with them. Mummy loves playing with other dogs and would be happy on her own or in a home with other canines. Mummy is house trained and walks well on a leash. She has started crate training and has basic obedience skills. Patient and gentle, she is great with children. Mummy has not been tested with cats yet. Mummy’s ideal home? One with people to love who will love her in return. Maybe a TV to keep up on her favorite shows and trips to the dog park or walks. Kids and other dogs would be fun, too, but if she has a special someone to cuddle with, she’ll be quite content. If this sounds like your home, Mummy would love to meet you! Want to meet Mummy? Our dog Koda has been staying with my girlfriends father for over a year now. But due to him no longer being able to take care of her we had to bring her to my house and thats great and all except we have four dogs and two cats that all have grown up together. She is a very anxious hyper dog that's gonna take a lot of attention shes definitely is gonna be a one home type of dog. She needs an owner that has the time to give her good attention and money to train her properly.

Story
Say hello to Junior!  He is incredibly sweet and smart.  This adorable boy can be a little shy at first, but once he opens up you will feel all the love he has to give.  Junior has learned a few tricks and if you have a yummy treat he will be glad to show them to you.  Our adorable boy is also crate traned (not his favorite place as he loves to be part of the action, but will sleep very well in it).  This smart boy is also leash train and does very well in the car.  He will be an incredible fit for any family.    Why adopt from Texas? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future. An opportunity to be loved and cared for by good and loving families. There is a reason why we make the trip to your area every two weeks. You are worth the drive. We have AMAZING adopters and we need more like them.We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled to keep everyone safe. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with local foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier. Our transport company leaves Houston every 2 weeks for Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Canada (Canadian adopters will meet us in Bellingham, WA). We will book your baby as soon as adoption & transport fees have been received.   Our adoption fee includes transport and a Health Certificate from a local vet to certify your new pet is clear to travel accross state lines. If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to www.springbranchrescue.org ##1451332##

Story
Xena is a loving shepard who has been apart of our family since she's been a puppy. We have had her for roughly 6-8 years. As my parents have got older, they are unable to properly care for her. She is a loving dog, and we have never had any behavioral issues. She does great around children, and loves to be by whoever she is with. She has been around other dogs she's grown up with, however, it is unknown as to whether or not she would get along with new dogs. No health issues that we are aware of, but will more than likely need updated shots. She would be perfect for someone who already doesn't have any other animals and who is willing to take the time to properly exercise her and give her attention. She is currently living in 15 acres, and like any dog, needs room to run or to be taken out. She would be a great family dog, as she is used to being around little kids and larger groups of people!

*PUP NOT AT CAC - SHE IS IN A FOSTER HOME*Hi my name is Jazzie and I arrived to CAC due to my owners not being able to care for me properly. I am currently thriving in my foster home. I have a lot of energy and would love a big yard to run around and play in. I am currently living with another male shepherd and doing very well with him. Older kids would be best because I am so young still and tend to play with my mouth. I am eager to please and cant wait to find my furrever family. Please be sure you have the right amount of time space and resources to care for me for the rest of my life. For more information and potential adoption, fill out my pre-adoption questionnaire and the dog techs will contact my foster mom to schedule an appointment. My adoption fee includes spay/neuter, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, Rabies vaccine, and microchip.
