Story
*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT *** Meet Nova! She is currently enrolled in our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and she is almost ready to show off her new skills! Her new abilities include 'sit', 'down', 'shake' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent. Nova had a tough start in life, but she’s full of love and resilience. This brave girl came to us with an old injury to her right front leg — we’re not sure what happened, though it’s possible she was struck by a vehicle. She walks a little wonky, and her leg may get sore from time to time, but it sure doesn’t slow her down! At this time, amputation isn’t needed, though as Nova grows, her new family should be prepared for the possibility that it might be in the future. She may also need occasional pain management to keep her comfortable — but through it all, she remains happy, playful, and full of life. She does really well with other dogs and does a good job at matching their play style and energy. She does well in her crate too & lets you know when she needs to go outside. Even with her leg injury Nova has some hops! She's hopped a baby gate and 4' fence in the past, so she'll need a secure 6' fence in her new home. She's a young gal who is looking for a new pace to call home. She'll graduate towards the middle of February. Apply to meet her today!

Story
Rosso is a very sweet, excited boy. He loves to play with dogs and humans alike! He’s still getting used to crate training and house training, is progressing with “sit” and is treat and touch motivated to learn other commands. Rosso has a lot of energy and does well with plenty of enrichment and side by side time. After a long walk, he loves to lay near you while you cook dinner or watch tv (and he might even watch your favorite show with you!). He loves other forms of enrichment between meals and before bedtime, such as snuffle mats, lick mats, and digging through a box full of cardboard for treats

Story
Lucy is an extremely sweet, funny, and playful dog. She loves other dogs, kids, and has been friends with cats in the past, although we don't have one. We adopted her from Animal Friends Alliance, and she is approximately 4-5 years old. She loves walks, playing, and snuggling. She has not shown a lot of interest in toys, but she likes some treats! She is a calm dog indoors and very rarely barks. She does have some separation anxiety and does not do well when left alone for long periods of time, so we are looking for someone who will spend a lot of time with her. I recently got a new job and will no longer be able to be home with her during the day as much as she needs. She would be perfect with someone who works from home and is able to be there with her a lot. We crate her when we leave the house, so she is crate trained, but it is not her favorite place to be, and she gets a little anxious. We would love to find Lucy a home where she can get the love and attention that she deserves!

Story
Amos is a goofy, friendly boy filled with love and ready to play. He loves going for walks and hikes and playing in the yard with his dog friends. He is super quiet in his kennel and goes in on command. He is great with other dogs, and all people, and walks as well on leash. He mostly ignores cats, and could easily live in a home with them. He is working on potty training. He is about 6 months old and just about 35lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
