Story
Cruella is looking for a forever home where she will ALWAYS be taken care of! See Cruella and her brothers were found dumped on a dirt road EMACIATED and full of worms. You could see her ribs, back bone, and hips. She would slip on concrete floors because she did not have enough strength in her legs to hold herself steady on slick floors. Thankfully Cruella and her siblings were rescued and will be ready for forever homes soon! She has already gained some weight and has started on her vet care. She appears to be a Pointer/Hound/Labrador mix with those long ears, but time will tell us more as she grows and gains weight. Her forever family should be prepared for her to reach anywhere from 45-60 pounds when full grown. Cruella is good with other dogs and we think that she would do well with kids and cats. She is about 14 weeks old right now and weighs about 15 pounds. She is SOOOO friendly! Everyone is her friend and she loves to chase after tennis balls and play with her siblings. She is bouncy and cuddly and LOVES belly rubs! Cruella will be available to go home with her forever family on October 7th! If you are interested in adopting Cruella, please fill out an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-6889 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. When filling out an application, please check for a confirmation email to be sure that your application went through. We respond by email, so please check your spam and trash folders. If you need to reach us regarding your application, the best way to contact us is through email.** We are located in Fayette County, GA and are a foster based rescue without a shelter building.

Story
Looking for a loyal companion? Dottie, a 4-year old GSP mix, is in need of a home where she is the only dog. She is a loyal companion, loves to stay by your side, wait for your return, cuddles when invited, and responsive to to your emotions and excitement. She is a regular exerciser, with some impressive jumps, catches, and stamina. She’ll always bring her favorite ball to play. She travels easily and loves car rides. Outdoor walks are super exciting for her, although she’d prefer off-leash adventures. She is crate trained. She can be a little shy at first but becomes attached easily. She’s afraid of thunder and loud noises.

Story
Eris came to me at 4 months old. She was purchased from a backyard breeder by a teenage girl who didn’t understand the needs of a GSP. I was contacted because I am a dog trainer and Eris displayed some aggressive/behavioral issues at a young age. I was able to curb her issues, but the owner realized Eris was just too much for her to handle. She is now a year and a half and while she has done well with her training, she unfortunately has started lashing out at one of our other dogs. She is very pushy with other dogs and our dogs have been trained to be neutral, but she still goes after one of our dogs pretty badly. We think she would thrive in a home with no other dogs and with an active young individual that has the time and energy to give to her. She lives up to her breed and does need both physical and mental stimulation. We truly just want what is best for her. We will be picky in her placement and there is no rush. GSP experience required.
