Leo is a dapper and simple kind of guy. He has a calm and gentle presence. He is past the younger dog chaos and settling into a nice stride. He waits patiently in the morning to take on life. From leisurely walks through property trails, a soulful display of comfort when petting him, to laying down on his cozy cot. His soul penetrating eye gaze as you rub his under chin that says, “Thank you for letting me be a part of your life.” Leo will sit there stoically as you give him a big hug and it tells you everything you need to know about him. Charlie is an incredible dog with so much love to give. He is incredibly sweet and all he wants to do is spend time with you. He loves to go on walks, runs, and adventures, but his absolute favorite thing is to snuggle. He is approximately 2-3 years old and he is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, listens well, and knows many commands. He is good with kids (to the point where I’ve had children come up to him and pet him without warning and he does not react), and good with other dogs after a warming up period. He wants more than anything to be around his humans. I am looking for an adopter that can spend tons of time with him and someone able to be home with him much of the time. Someone who can consistently take him on walks, play with him, and make sure he gets plenty of activity. I honestly do not want to give him up, but recent life changes make it so I am unable to do this for him and I want him to find a home where he gets the time, love, and attention he deserves.
