He can be shy and nervous at first and will need multiple visits to help build trust, but once he feels safe, his playful and affectionate personality starts to shine. Whether he’s chasing a ball or entertaining himself with his toys, Chip brings a playful spirit and joy to everyday life. He also loves baths! Chip may take a little time to warm up to new people, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate and loyal personality shines. He forms strong bonds and loves being close to his people—whether that’s relaxing on the couch or lying at your feet while you work. He’s still a puppy, though, and can get a little mouthy or overly excited during play but redirects well when given cues and boundaries. He will thrive in a home that offers structure and encouragement where he can continue building confidence. • Secure yard: Chip loves having space to run and play freely. • Exercise: He’s an active pup who benefits from regular playtime.
