Story
Meet Bliss.  Bliss is believed to be a GSP mix spayed female. We are courtesy posting Bliss for the Humane Society of Sheboygan County. She is currently in a foster home.   Here is some informaiton about Bliss.  If you want more information or interested adopting her, please contact Sheboygan County directly. It is important to note that she will most likely not be a hunting dog. She is very shy and timid, but as you'll read below, she can and will open up once she's spent time with her family - just as she has done in foster. Bliss is thriving in her foster home, and it’s clear she is so much happier in a quieter, more predictable environment. She lives with three other dogs of all different personalities and gets along beautifully with all of them. She’s learning social cues, adjusting her play style to match each dog, and absolutely loves having canine friends to explore the yard with.Bliss is smart, gentle, and eager to learn. In just a short time, she’s picked up “shake,” “sit,” and “lay down,” and she’s making great progress with potty training—she even goes to the patio door and then back to her foster parents to let them know she needs to go out. She enjoys leash walks but especially loves roaming and playing safely in a fenced yard. She’s also sharing space with chickens and has learned to peacefully coexist with them. She can be shy at first, but once she feels safe, she becomes incredibly loving—snuggling on the couch, napping next to her people or the other dogs, and offering endless kisses. Loud noises can still startle her, but she’s growing braver every day with patience and reassurance.Bliss would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and at least one friendly dog to show her the ropes. She is affectionate, loyal, and oh-so-ready for her forever family. Here is the link for Bliss: https://www.cognitoforms.com/HumaneSocietyOfSheboyganCounty/AdoptionApplicationDog   ##2637627##
