Meet Squishy - A Diamond Dog Ready for Her Forever Home Squishy has been patiently waiting for her forever family and, as of 02/18/26, she officially became a Diamond Dog, meaning she has been available for adoption for 90 days or more. To help her find the loving home she deserves, her adoption fee is now just $75. Squishy is a 3-year-old Husky/Pit mix weighing about 51 pounds, and she's full of personality, affection, and playful energy. She came to Rockwall Adoption Center when her previous family became overwhelmed with too many pets, and now she's ready for a fresh start in a home where she can truly thrive. She is friendly, affectionate, and enjoys being around people, including children. Squishy also enjoys playing with other dogs and making new friends, but she does have a confident, sometimes dominant play style. She does best with canine companions who are comfortable with energetic, balanced play, and a meet and greet is recommended for homes with other dogs to ensure everyone is a good match. Squishy has not yet been introduced to cats, but she is willing to learn with proper introductions and guidance. Squishy comes fully vetted and ready to go home, including she is spayed, microchipped, up to date on rabies and core vaccinations and is heartworm negative.
