Story
Meet Harry &#194&#150 A Handsome Doodle Mix Ready for His Second Chance. Harry is a 2-year-old Goldendoodle mix weighing around 53 lbs. He was originally found off Canada Court in Rockwall on 11/14/25 and never reclaimed by his owner. After completing his stray hold with no one coming forward, Harry is ready to start fresh with a loving new family. This fluffy, friendly guy has a gentle personality and a sweet, soulful look that's hard to resist. As a Goldendoodle mix, Harry will need regular grooming to keep his coat healthy and comfortable. Harry came in terribly matted and had a mass on his side about the size of a softball. The vet determined that the mass is cystic in nature and non-cancerous and prescribed antibiotics to help treat it. Harry is able to go home with the antibiotics should he find his furever family prior to completing them. He will thrive best in a home ready to provide structure, routine, and plenty of affection. Harry is neutered, current on his rabies vaccination, DAPPV, Bordetella and is heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $125. If you're ready to give Harry the safe, stable, and loving home he deserves, please submit an adoption application online: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ Meet and greets will be scheduled with approved online adopters only and in the order in which their application was received.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. December 3, 2025, 3:25 pm

Story
Meet Bella! Bella is a beautiful 3-year-old Husky mix weighing around 53 lbs who is looking for a new beginning after being surrendered when her family moved to a home that did not allow pets. Though the change has been hard on her, Bella is ready to find a patient, loving family who will give her the time and support she needs to thrive. Bella is a sweet girl who is still gaining confidence. She will need a family willing to work with her on leash training and help her continue to build trust and self-assurance at her own pace. With patience and consistency, she has so much potential to shine. True to her Husky nature, Bella is active and energetic and will do best with an active family who can provide regular exercise and mental stimulation. She does well with respectful children who understand giving her space when she needs it. Bella is not compatible with cats. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on mu rabies vaccination, DAPPV, and Bordetella. She did test heartworm positive but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, her treatment is sponsored, and she will be able to receive treatment right away. Story
Hi there! My name is Cocoa, and I'm an 18-month-old Husky/Pit mix weighing around 30 lbs. I was surrendered to the Rockwall Adoption Center when my previous family had too many animals, but now I'm ready to find my own forever home where I can shine! ??I'm a friendly, affectionate girl who's done great with other dogs and children. I haven't met any cats yet, so that would be a new experience for me&#194&#151but I'm always eager to learn! Right now, I'm staying in a loving foster home while I wait patiently to find my perfect match. My foster family says I'm sweet, playful, and love being part of the action. My adoption fee is $125, which includes my spay, rabies vaccination, microchip, core boosters, and heartworm test&#194&#151so I'm all set and ready to go home! If you're interested in making me part of your family, please submit an adoption application here: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/. Once approved, RAC staff will reach out to coordinate a meet and greet with my foster family. Could you be the one to give this sweet Cocoa her forever home?  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX.
