Story
Eren is a very sweet very good boy. He’s been trained from birth and can go, stay, sit, lie down, wait and knows his name to come when called. He is potty trained and will signal when he needs to step outside to use the bathroom. Eren is not a picky eater and was raised to not resource guard, so there is no behavioral issues with other animals or humans. He is a very shy slightly nervous dog at first but will quickly warm up and become excited. We love Eren very much, but what he needs is a hyperactive family or other dogs to surround himself with. Eren has a couple issues and this is due to his breed being half husky. He is a digger and will make holes in your yard. He is trained to come and go etc as mentioned, but he gets extremely excited and distracted easily. Eren may take off if let loose and needs to be under supervision when outdoors. At parks we unleash him, but we keep him close at all times.

At the shelter I am practicing how to `shake`.I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home!Huskies are known to be independent dogs. I do have my moments where I like to do my own thing!I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Her name is Hemi, she is 6yrs old. She does good with other dogs and cats. Still playful for her age but also loves to just lay around. I am rehoming due to my bf having severe allergies and it’s affecting his asthma as well. Too many ER visits lately. Pls help we can no longer care for her.
