Story
Animal Profile: Koda is a four-year-old 60 lb neutered male Husky who is ready for a fun-loving family to call his own. Koda is very sociable and friendly and hasn't met a stranger. This stunning fluffy boy with ice-blue eyes enjoys training, toys, and pets, and is pretty affectionate (for a husky)! Koda gets along well with other dogs although he prefers less crazy jumpy dogs as he's a pretty chill dude himself. He is not a crazy energetic dog. While he has some atypical husky qualities, he still needs supervision outside or secure fencing as he is capable of escaping (and will do so if bored) and he can be vocal when crated, though he is conditioned to a bark collar. He has also lived with children and cats and gets along with them just fine, though smaller animals and chickens are a no-go. Koda has a strong foundation of training including basic obedience like sit, place, loose leash walking and recall.  Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Adopter Profile: Large breed dog experience preferred Other dogs OK, cats OK Dog savvy kids considered Single family residence required (no shared walls) Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, and microchip with lifetime registration. Koda's adoption will include a go-home training session to set his future family up for success. The adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 non profit organization. Animal History: Koda was surrendered from an ill-equipped owner in eastern Washington to The Good Dog. He is currently being fostered by The Good Dog Way in Bellingham and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. Potential adopters will need to be available to meet Koda in Bellingham, WA.May 17, 2025, 1:02 am

Story
Bunji (pronounced Boon-gee) is a sweet 4 year-old boy in need of a loving home with lots of space to run. He is great with kids and other dogs. While our toddler loves him, he is also allergic to Bunji's long coat of fur. Bunji also has a food obsession which does not go well with toddlers that fling food on the floor. He is such a good dog, well trained, and just needs someone who can give him the love and attention he deserves.
