Absolutely beautiful. More than that , though , is her inner beauty. Maddie has a beautiful, gentle sweet disposition even as a puppy. She looks like she's always smiling. She is, Ofcourse, a puppy so there's not a lot to tell. Most importantly she's very well socialized. She's in a foster home ( mine actually ) in Memphis, Tn. She is approx 8-10 weeks old. Once an application has been submitted and approved, I would be happy to speak with you about Maddie, answer any questions, send videos, photos, etc. Once adopted, we use a transport company called Rescue vet transport to get our pets from Memphis Tennessee to the north east. They leave Memphis each, and every Friday morning around 6 AM. Once they start their travel, they start a group text with the two drivers and all the doctors who have a A Pet on board. They make stops along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. Ashley, Ash, Schlee Schlee, they're all the same when it comes to this girl. Ashley is a 9 month old golden retriever who truly steals the hearts of everyone she meets. Ashley is tiny but mighty. Yes that's a cliche, but if you knew her, you would understand. Ashley has been fostered by one of our founders since late October. She was 10 weeks old and only 5 lbs which of course screams malnourished. Unfortunately that isn't surprising though from the life she came from. She was surrendered from a puppy mill after being bred for profit only to have been thrown out because they knew something was wrong with her. Ashley was born with an ectopic ureter. In dogs, an ectopic ureter is a birth defect where the tube connecting the kidney to the bladder doesn't attach properly, leading to urinary incontinence and potential urinary tract issues. About 3 weeks ago she went into surgery to hopefully correct this issue. She has since stopping showing signs of incontinence and we couldn't be happier for her! She is not used to her bladder being as full as it is now, so though she is potty trained she has required a few more breaks as she navigates through this change. Though this issue has been resolved, just like with any dog we never know what the future can hold so a home that is ready for the financial commitment raising a pup can need. Our veterinarians also think that she will remain on the smaller side as she is only 25 lbs currently. They do not believe that this growth difference will cause her any issues though which we are happy to hear! Ashley must be adopted into a home that has another dog. She has spent 7 months with the 6 resident dogs and numerous fosters. Thought she loves human attention and a good snuggle she thrives with another dog to play with. She is confident and playful with dogs of all ages and sizes. She does wonderful in all different settings, vet offices, patios, parks, and even your neighborhood pub. She is also both cat and kid friendly. She doesn't know a stranger. She will 100% be the one that got away but I can not wait for her to find a family that is as special as she is! Teddy Bear Tobey came to us from a family who relinquished him by no fault of his own. They simply could not provide the care he needed with his thyroid issue. This is an extremely sweet boy who is good with people & other dogs. He would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. He has never been in a home and everything is new to him. His birth date is approx. 02/14/19 &  he currently weighs 67#. Update - he is in foster and reported as house trained and great with kids!He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is heart worm negative & has had blood work to determine his thyroid issue. He has hypothyroidism. He is on daily meds. Which he will need for life. He also had a dental cleaning. His adoption donation is $300 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card.  Any extra funds collected in his adoption donation not used for his vetting, will go into our general vetting fund for other dogs in need. Golden Gorden came to us from a breeding kennel who relinquished him by no fault of his own. This is an sweet boy who is good with other dogs and people. His approx. birth date is 07/04/21 and he weighs 72#. Gorden is a little shy, but just needs some confidence. He has never been in a home & there is just so much to learn! He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is heart worm negative, but Lyme positive with no symptoms so 30 days of doxycycline are being given as a preventative. He had a dental cleaning. He also had a cyst removed from the top of his head called a cutaneous (fibroadnexal) hamartoma with furunculosos ... it was benign. Basically he had a puncture would (we think a bite) that got infected and turned in to a cyst. His adoption donation is $500 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card.
