Zeus is 6 months old and 35lbs.  He is a Miniature Golden Red Retriever /Goldendoodle mix and he won't get much bigger. He came from a breeder. Although the breeder took good care of him physically.... emotionally he did not receive the love and companionship that puppies need.. He lived in a kennel. He is fearful of people at first. However he very gentle and loving.  . He will require lots of companionship and love to trust. Although he looks like a Retriever, he is part poodle . He has a wonderful temperament like Golden Retrievers, he will just need to trust you to blossom. Please watch his video. He has a half brother Vinnie who is in the video, but not available for adoption yet. He is more scared than Zeus. We will be available at a later date. Look at this face! Beau sure is one handsome boy that is all ""Doodle"" including smarts and plenty of energy. He is looking for someone to continue with his obedience training, so he can be a wonderful and fun companion. He is somewhat protective of his possessions, so a home without children would be the best fit for Beau. We have not introduced Beau to other dogs or cats at this point. Rowdy!    DOB: 10/2019     Weight: 60lbs   Rowdy is a 4 year old Golden Retriever mix who was surrendered to us after his owner died. He’s spent his entire life as a yard decoration on the end of a chain in the yard. So at first he wasn’t the biggest fan of us and would growl and get snappy. He’s gotten a lot better though. He’s met plenty of new people and gets out to go for walks with volunteers. He’s usually quiet in his kennel run, stands and observes. He’s not all that interested in treats, but he does like a good squeaky toy and some yard time. Due to Rowdy’s past, you’ll likely have to teach him what it’s like to live indoors, including house training. He’s ok around most other dogs here, but of course we’d like to do a proper introduction with any potential housemates. It’s unknown how he is with cats at the moment. For now we’d feel best sending him to a home with people 12+years. His adoption fee is $175. That helps us to cover worming, vaccines, spay/neuter, heartworm test, and microchip. We offer a 2-3 week trial. Thunder Fluff came to us from a home who relinquished him by no fault of his own. He was part of a mistake litter between a Bernese father and a goldebdoodle mother. This is an extremely sweet boy who is good with people & other dogs. He would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building because he is a puppy. He has never been in a home and everything is new to him. His approx. birth date is 01/01/23 and he currently weighs 56#. He will be groomed before adoption and require grooming for life. He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol and is heart worm negative. His adoption donation is $400 & needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card.  Any extra funds collected in his adoption donation not used for his vetting, will go into our general vetting fund for other dogs in need.
