Meet Leander Leander is a very sweet, gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe place again. He is extremely shy and easily startled by noises, but with calm energy and patience, he slowly comes to you and shows his loving side. He needs someone who understands that trust takes time. Leander does well on the leash and is house-broken. He is dog friendly and previously lived with another dog, which seems to bring him comfort. Having a calm canine companion in his future home could be a great help for him. He is kid friendly but He’s sensitive to sudden movements and does best with calm, gentle interactions. Leander has a low-energy personality and would thrive and fully embrace the couch-potato lifestyle and would like a calm home where naps are encouraged ADOPTION PROCESS 1.
