Alice (Female) Avail 4/11's Story Description of the Pet **Applicant Requirements:** -Be at least 21 years of age and the Homeowner or Rentee. -Households with children under 8 years of age, must have a physical fence attached to the home or an electric/invisible fence. However, there are other instances when a fence may be required for the safety of the dog or puppy Name: Alice Age: DOB: 10/18/25 Weight: Crate-trained: Yes PLEASE NOTE: To apply to adopt, the application and adoption process can be found on our website greenmorerescue.org. Please read dog's bio carefully before applying. Alice is a beautiful golden retriever with a gentle soul and a story of resilience. She was found as a stray with a jug stuck on her head, but despite her rough start, she’s already blossoming into a loving and trusting companion. She’s been working hard and now walks much better on a leash, showing just how eager she is to learn and connect. Alice has a soft, affectionate side—she gives the best bear hugs and loves being close to her people. This sweet girl enjoys the simple things in life: chasing tennis balls, stretching her legs in the yard, and soaking up love. Because she loves to run and explore, a fenced yard is required for her forever home. Alice has a medium energy level—she’s happy to play but also appreciates downtime to relax and recharge. Right now, because of her timidness, she would do best in a home with older kids—but this may change as she continues to blossom here at Greenmore. Alice is looking for a kind, understanding home where she can keep shining and finally enjoy the happy life she deserves. Adoption donation is $425 cash, $450 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip. There is a refundable $75.00 neuter/spay deposit. ***A NOTE ON BREEDS: The dog's listed breed(s) is the best assessment made by a veterinarian, pet finder or rescue staff and is not guaranteed. This pet is being offered by Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, 246 Clonmell Upland Road, West Grove PA 19390 - PA Shelter # 8755

Story
Hello, my name is: OpieApprox. DOB: 09/22/2024Sex/Breed: Neutered male retriever mixWeight: 60 lbsRescued from: Found strayOpie is a survivor. A car hit him a year ago and he somehow managed to survive and scrape by on his own until his recent rescue. It`s easy to think that year of pain and hardship would have made him tough and hopeless. Once again, though, Opie defies the odds.Every single morning, he greets his foster family with a gift in his mouth, usually a favorite blanket or a toy, his tail going a mile a minute as he basks in the simple joy of being noticed and loved. He is a gentle licker and a world-class snuggler who doesn`t need constant chaos to be happy; he just wants to be near his people.Opie is a social guy who enjoys the company of other dogs and humans. He is even great with children, though some initial shyness means he appreciates a slow, gentle introduction. He`s a total professional on walks and even tries to help by holding his own leash! He also seems housebroken and is doing well with crate-training. Whether he is the only pet receiving 100% of your attention or part of a multi-dog household, Opie is simply happy to be part of the family. He is gold waiting to be discovered and given the chance to be someone`s everything. All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Meet Goldi Goldi is an 8‑year‑old, 38‑pound Goldendoodle who looks very much like a miniature Golden Retriever. With her soft golden coat, shy expression, and gently graying muzzle, she is truly the sweetest thing. Goldi was surrendered by a Lancaster breeder when they were finished using her, but those days are behind her now. When she first arrived, she was understandably shy and reserved. With time, patience, and kindness from our volunteers, Goldi has begun to open up beautifully. She now seeks out attention, approaches for extra affection, and clearly enjoys being loved. Goldi is a gentle, kind little lady who would thrive in a calm, caring home that allows her to continue building confidence at her own pace. She is affectionate without being demanding and offers quiet companionship to those she trusts. Goldi came to us with her friend Dottie, who is also looking for a home. While the two would be happy going home together, they do not need to be adopted as a pair and can thrive separately in the right environments. If you’re looking for a sweet, deserving dog ready to enjoy a peaceful and loving next chapter, Goldi may be the perfect match. She will need to meet any resident dogs. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. She also had a dental. Apply today at: www.phoenixanimalrescue.com Adoption fee: $500 Phoenix Animal Rescue Chester Springs, PA Kennel License #5152

Story
Meet Dottie Dottie is a 4‑year‑old, 29‑pound mixed breed girl who is quietly stealing hearts as she continues to blossom in our care. She was surrendered by a Lancaster breeder, where we were told she is a Goldendoodle — though, as with many breeder surrenders, her exact breed mix is anyone’s guess. When Dottie first arrived, she was in rough shape and severely matted, but thankfully nothing that a good groom couldn’t fix. Underneath it all was a sweet, gentle girl just waiting for her chance to start fresh. Dottie is a bit shy at first, but she has been doing wonderfully with our volunteers and continues to gain confidence every day. As she settles in, her true personality is starting to shine through. She’s gentle, thoughtful, and enjoys calm companionship. One thing Dottie especially loves is spending time with other dogs who share her energy level. She finds comfort and confidence in canine friends, particularly her buddy Goldie, who came to us from the same breeder. Having a dog friend in her future home may help her continue to thrive. Dottie is looking for a patient, loving family who will give her the time and reassurance she needs to fully come out of her shell. In return, she promises to be a devoted, sweet companion who will only continue to grow more confident with love and consistency. If you’re looking for a gentle soul ready for a much brighter chapter, Dottie may be the perfect match. She will need to meet any resident dogs. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. She also had a dental.
