Goldendoodle puppies and dogs in Edina, Minnesota

We received Mollie from Island Farm Retrievers and Doodles in southern MN when she was a puppy. Her birthdate is 9/25/22, she will be 4 years old this fall. She has been an amazing dog, gets along well with everyone, other dogs, cats and children. We do have a large fenced in yard that she loves to run in. She is very submissive; I have never even heard her growl unless it's "play growl" with tug of war. She is around 50 lbs. Unfortunately, due to life changes, we do not have the time to give her the life she deserves. We are gone way too much and she spends a lot of time alone. She does require frequent bathing and grooming. This has been difficult as well finding the time and money for that. Would like her to go to a home that has experience with doodle breed as this can be more than you expect. She is very playful and has a lot of energy. She is a really good dog that just wants to be loved. Health history - she has had a couple ear infections as these breeds do.

He loves nothing more than being close to his people—whether that’s relaxing on the couch soaking up pets or curling up in bed with you for a full night of sleep. He’s calm, affectionate, and just has that comforting presence that makes you feel like he’s always been yours. He’s wonderfully well-mannered in so many ways. Moe is fully potty trained (outside only), walks nicely on a leash, and rides beautifully in the car—he’ll simply lie down and enjoy the ride. He knows several commands like “sit,” “come,” “shake,” “up,” and “go potty,” and is an overall smart, eager companion. He also does great with other dogs, though he can be a little protective over toys, and he completely ignores cats.  Moe is comfortable being crated when needed, though he may let you know he’d rather be out with you at first—he does settle down after a bit. He enjoys chewing on bones, working on enrichment like frozen treats, and—true to poodle form—may occasionally “deconstruct” a soft toy or two.  As a poodle, Moe is considered hypoallergenic, making him a great option for those with allergies. Moe has been working through some mild tummy sensitivity and is currently on a gentle diet, which has been helping. He may occasionally have some minor stomach upset, and his future family should be comfortable continuing to monitor and support him as he settles in.  Moe is the kind of dog who will seamlessly fit into your life—loyal, loving, and always right by your side.  Moe is a soft, steady heart who will fill your days with quiet companionship and unconditional love. Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans.
