Max is such a sweet guy! He is a 7 yr old Great Dane who loves hugs and attention and will definitely let you know when he’s ready for more. One of his favorite pastimes is sleeping on the couch. Having a stuffed animal nearby is a must. Max knows “sit” and is working on basic commands. His leash skills need work as he gets very excited when walking past other dogs, but he loves to get out on a leisurely walk every day. Max came to the rescue with a friend who was adopted, so we think he will do best with a dog-friend in his new home. He cannot go to a home with small dogs, or chickens.

Not entirely sure you've ever met a goofier goober than this boy! Meet Hawkeye! He is an 80lb ball of love. Great Dane mix? Greyhound mix? He's a big boy with an aerodynamic head, and we're not quite sure of what his breed really is, but whatever he is.... *chef's kiss* Hawkeye's perfect day would include snuggling, fetching or chasing objects, playing with other animals, playing with toys, swimming or splashing in water, going for walks, and just being a general silly goose. The shenanigans are strong with this one. His personality really shines when he's getting out and meeting new people, but he's also down for staying in and lounging around the house with his favorite people. His zoomies are a MUST see! Hawkeye is dog friendly, potty trained, and doing well with leash training and basic cues. RUN don't walk to meet this absolute GEM of a creature! ADOPTION FEE: $425 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! PLEASE SHARE. NEW FOSTER or FOSTER-TO-ADOPT HOME NEEDED. Meet Olaf! Olaf is an approximately one-year old, 60-pound Great Dane mix, that narrowly escaped euthanasia in Texas. He is white with beautiful Merle markings and has the most gorgeous ice blue eyes. He’s just a big, sweet, goofy guy. He has loved being around dogs of all sizes, cats and humans. He gets great joy out of many things such as tug-of-war, chewing on a bone, going to dog parks and breweries with his foster.  Once he gets his wiggles out, he’s a great companion to cuddle up and watch Netflix and chill . He lets you know when it’s time to go outside. He loves to hang out in the backyard and run around. He is great in the car and thinks drive-throughs are super fun with the reward of a pup cup or maybe an occasional cheeseburger for being such a good boy. And…he surprisingly does not counter surf! His previous foster mom has done so much to help him learn how to “dog”. He is working on leash training,as walks are so exciting. Being in the kennel is not his favorite thing, but he does kennel fairly easily. If you’re looking for a big, beautiful, sweet heart of a dog, look no further, he’s your guy. He is neutered, micro chipped, fully vaccinated, and further testing that was negative for hip dysplasia. ##2037617##

Angle is a 4.5 Year Old Great Dane/Smooth Coated Collie Mix. She loves playing with other dogs and ignores cats, unless they want to play. She loves her people and even though she loves playing with other dogs, she really wants her human all to herself. She is also laid back and enjoys a good cuddle and chill on the couch while catching up on some TV. Angle is crate trained, enjoys toys and completely untrustworthy on free roam with high interest items (this includes expensive items; we don’t know how she knows – but she does!)
