Who doesn`t love the big boys? Meet 5yr old Great Dane/Lab mix Tank! Tank is somewhere around 100+lbs, it was rather hard to get his whole body on the scale. Tank is an absolutely wonderful boy! Doesn`t do too terrible on leash, just a puller once you first start as he`s so excited. Tank does well with other dogs and even is amazing with kids! He would prefer to be in a home without cats. Tank is both food motivated and toy motivated. The most dangerous part of this guy is his tail! Just never stops wagging. Adoption fee is $200 plus tax. Dogs up for adoption at the Hawk Creek Animal Shelter are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested negative (if age appropriate), given initial vaccinations (a booster may be needed), given flea, tick and heartworm preventative, & dewormed. Meet your new best friend, Red Reba! One look into this sweet girl’s eyes and you’ll be completely hooked. And just try not to pet those big, soft, floppy ears! Reba has the biggest heart and just wants to love and be loved in return. She enjoys playing with her toys just as much as she loves curling up beside you for a cozy nap. Reba is very smart and already knows how to sit on command. She’s highly food-motivated and absolutely loves making her humans proud—especially when treats are involved! Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.   The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota.
