Story
Hi, I’m Harper! I’m 18 months old, 60 pounds, and a great pyrenees mix. I am an independent lady who enjoys walks, spending lots of time in my backyard, and playing with other dogs (don’t worry I’m a gentle giant). I LOVE kids and would really like some loud little humans of my own. I’m scared of loud (nonhuman) noises and storms but I find safety and comfort in my crate. I currently live with a foster brother that’s a cat and we get along great. I DO NOT get along great with yard critters and will chase them. My foster mom has only heard me bark one time and that’s when sirens were near by. I never bark at the window like my wild foster brother does. I will whine to let you know I need to go outside and I haven’t had any accidents at my foster house! My ideal family will include children, a large fenced yard and lots of love. I’m very shy at first and get scared if you walk up to me but I will come to you for pets if you’re sitting and once I get comfortable. I need a large crate that you’d be willing to put in a common area so I have somewhere to go when I’m overwhelmed and to sleep in at night. Harper's adoption fee of $300 covers her spay, microchip with registration, vaccines, heartworm test(negative), and current monthly heartworm and flea preventions. To make this beautiful girl a part of your family please apply at gfrpets.org/apply.  ##2681736##

Story
Large dog lovers, where you at?! Meet Millie Mae! This very special girl is the cool combo of Great Pyrenees and American Bulldog. She is friendly and loving with her humans and craves affection. Her favorite thing to do is chew nyla bones and play with rope toys. Millie knows formal commands as she went through dog training. She LOVES all the treats and is not particular about what kind. This girl is food and praise motivated. Millie is a big goofball that is eager to please and loves to make you laugh! Millie loves kids too! She is 60 lbs full grown. Given that Millie is a large breed dog, we elected to have her belly tacked when fixed as well! This should help to prevent future problems. Millie will make a great only dog for about any family, but Millie is okay with other large dogs too! She is equal parts playful and lazy--she loves naps on the couch. Millie is ready for her forever, is that you?!

Story
Shea is a bundle of delight! She has the best kangaroo hop when she’s excited and she loves to jump into your arms. This girl is cuddly and playful. She’s picking up on housebreaking quickly as well.Shea is fantastic with dogs, cats, and children. Toy sharing goes really easily with her as she loves to play. The sweet girl enjoys cuddles as much as she enjoys tugs with the tug toy. She is expected to be about 45 to 50 pounds at full growth as she is the smaller one of the litter. She is a yellow lab with some white shepherd mix mixed in and possibly a little bit of great pyr! If you are looking for a puppy that could do therapy dog work or facility dog work down the road, she is definitely a dog that has it in her! She has foster to adapt eligible now and will be fully adoptable in a few weeks!
