Story
Meet Ollie!!! Ollie was surrendered to the city shelter when his family could no longer care for him. Ollie is such a gentleman and now that he has received his routine medical care of getting neutered, getting up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested and microchipped he is now ready for his FUREVER family! We estimate Ollie to be 5 years old and he is a gentle giant weighing 100 lbs. Ollie is 99% potty trained and has only had one accident when he snuck down to his foster's basement. He is no longer allowed down there and he hasn't had any accidents since. Ollie has 1/2 of house when left unsupervised, and has not had any issues. He will chew on things left around the house, so we suggest a home where things such as shoes are put away. Ollie is very dog friendly and is also non reactive to the cat in his foster home. He has not met any children yet, although we don't foresee any issues. Ollie loves going for walks, romping around the yard with his foster brother and chewing on bones. So if you are looking to add this gentle giant to your family, apply TODAY! He is such a wonderful dog! *5 years old *100 lbs of handsome *Neutered, UTD on vaccines and neutered *Dog and Cat friendly (expected to be kid friendly) *Potty Trained (Only has had 1 accident in his foster home) *Enjoys car rides *Loves going for walks and playing with toys Application: https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application

Story
Hi! I’m Bitsy. Do you love cream cheese? I sure do! It’s my favorite treat. Other things I love include playing with my canine foster siblings and sitting quietly next to my foster mom’s chair while she works. I even share occasional kisses!Bitsy is a beautiful, 1 year old, brindle and white colored, mix of a few different breeds including Bernese Mountain Dog, Poodle and various Bully breeds (we did a DNA test)! Bitsy is housebroken, and does not shed much or bark excessively. She hasn’t chewed on anything other than doggy-approved toys in her foster home. She is left loose in her own private room in the house while her humans are away.Bitsy gets along fabulously with other dogs but is wary of strangers. She will need a quiet home with a patient adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to open up. Having another friendly dog in the home will help boost her confidence. A fenced yard is highly recommended as she gets overstimulated on walks. She is not a good fit for homes with cats.If you’d like to Bitsy, please fill out an adoption survey online or in the shelter.
