Looking for a calm, loving companion with a heart as big as his paws? Meet Clyde, our 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd who’s ready to find his forever home!Clyde is the definition of a gentle giant. At first glance, his size might impress you, but don’t be fooled — this sweet boy is really just a massive love bug who craves affection and companionship. He isn’t overly playful or energetic, but he absolutely adores being around people and other dogs. Whether he`s lounging nearby or going for a slow stroll, Clyde just wants to be close to his humans.Clyde enjoys leisurely walks, tasty treats, and plenty of sniffing time outdoors. He knows how to sit and is eager to please, so a family willing to continue his basic training will help him flourish even more. He’ll do best in a home with a large, fenced-in yard where he can safely explore, relax, and take in all the smells. While we’re not sure how he is with cats, his mellow nature suggests he could do well with proper introductions and a bit of patience. If you`re looking for a calm, affectionate dog who will be your loyal shadow and gentle friend, Clyde might just be your perfect match. Come meet this big sweetheart — he’s ready to steal your heart! If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.Clyde`s adoption fee is $300

MEET DUG!AVAILABLE NOW BUT IF STILL SEEKING MY FUREVER FAMILY - MEET ME AT THE PAWS, PAlS, AND PET SUPPLIES PLUS ADOPTION EVENT ON SUNDAY MAY 18 FROM NOON-3PM, LOCATED AT MEADOW BROOK AMPHITHEATRE (on the campus of Oakland University) 160 FESTIVAL DRIVE, ROCHESTER HILLS, MI 48309! Breed: Great Pyrenees MixAge: 8 MonthsWeight: 44 lbs (and growing!) Are you ready to fall head over paws in love? Meet Dug — a big, goofy puppy with an even bigger heart! This 8 month old Great Pyrenees mix was found as a stray and sadly never reclaimed, but he hasn't let that bring down his joyful spirit. Dug is bursting with personality and playful energy. He LOVES toys, romping around the yard, and being part of the action. He's a silly, social boy who enjoys the company of other dogs — especially those who are tolerant of his size and puppy antics. Still very much a puppy, Dug is working on his leash manners, crate training, and house etiquette. But don't worry — he's a smart cookie who is eager to learn, especially with some guidance and structure. Because of his breed and projected adult size, Dug would benefit greatly from continued obedience training. As a Great Pyrenees mix, Dug may grow into typical guardian breed behaviors — including being a bit vocal when he’s alert or protective. That’s why he’ll thrive in a home with a secure, spacious yard (no apartments or mobile homes, please!) with a fence and an active family who understands large breeds and can offer him both love and leadership. Dug would do best with older, dog-savvy children, and he's curious (but not aggressive) around cats — so a feline sibling might be possible with the right introductions. If you're looking for a fun-loving, loyal companion who’s ready to grow into a devoted protector and lifelong best friend, Dug might just be your perfect match. Give Dug the forever home he’s been dreaming of — with space to run, a family to love, and toys to chase! Meet Bella – Your New Best Friend! Bella is a beautiful 3-year-old pup with a big heart and a love for the outdoors. She’s full of energy and would thrive with an active family who can give her the space she needs to run, play, and explore—ideally in a home with a fenced-in yard. Bella is incredibly loving and loyal once she forms a bond. She’s friendly and affectionate, making her a wonderful companion. However, small children can make her anxious, so she’d do best in a calm, child-free home. If you’re looking for a devoted, playful, and affectionate dog to share your life and adventures with, Bella may be the perfect match for you! Is Bella the one you've been waiting for? Reach out today to meet her!
