Story
My husband and I got him back in 2017 as a puppy, and his temperament is the absolute best. He is easy going stays close by, loves children and is well behaved. We loved his easy going attitude towards anything. If you want to meet him don't hesitate. He is the best dog ever. We are having to rehome him due to moving and the next place isn't ideal for a dog his size and need him to find a loving home.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
My name is Teddy and I came to the shelter in rough shape - I was underweight, lethargic, and with bad skin. However, I have made a dramatic turn around in the last week with the help of the vet team. I am an older dog with some orthopedic issues (I am on long term pain meds and joint supplements) but otherwise happy and healthy. I am friendly and I want a loving home where I can thrive. Won`t you help me? Come meet me today!INSIGHTS FROM MY FOSTER AND ADVENTURE BUDDIES:`It took him a bit, but he warmed up to us! He did not like the car, he was scared of getting in and out. We went on a little hike and he got a little pep in his step! He liked the hike, especially the sniffing! We hung out iindoors where he encountered little dog and cat and was so good with them. He is super chill! I bet he would be lovely with kids, and a perfect dog for someone laid back.``Teddy is a very gentle and sweet boy! He was very friendly once he warmed up to us and was very easy to take for a walk in places where he was comfortable. He loved sniffing around and was jogging a little too! He was unfazed by other people and other dogs around, but he was afraid of the car. A very sweet and chill boy! It took him a bit to get comfortable with us, but once he warmed up he was happy to walk around! We went on a walk and he was very happy to sniff around and even started jogging around a little! But he liked staying around the area where he was familiar and comfortable.`Teddy is a devoted and sweet fellow who seems to have been a bit overwhelmed by his stray experience and is starting to come out of his shell. I think he`s still trying to figure out (or remember?) how living in a home works. He does not like to be left alone (without at least 1 person in the house with him) and I am trying not to leave him alone for very long so he can become more confident. I am also familiarizing him with the crate so that hopefully, he can become crate trained (right now he just eats in there with the door open and will lie down in there with the door open). He is gentle and personable and pleasant to walk on a leash (a couple of times he has developed the Zoomies on leash and he is strong, but not seeking to make trouble and I find him manageable). He will stop and look at other dogs or people if they are approaching but is not reactive. He has been very accepting of my dog and enjoys playing with her. He has a gentle, devoted personality.

Story
I`m so pretty! I am very sweet, and I did great for my exam, vaccines, and some shaving (I had some matts) when I originally arrived at the shelter. I am food motivated...so food motivated that I have reportedly exhibited some resource guarding - the staff at the shelter can talk to you more about this if you would like to meet me and are interested in adopting me. I am overall a great dog and I know I`ll do really well in a loving home! Thank you for considering me!

Story
East is a sweet, affectionate, and intelligent boy who has come a long way in foster care and is ready to find a loving home of his own. He enjoys meeting new people, loves to cuddle, rides well in the car, and is very treat-motivated. Still in his “big puppy” phase, East loves being close to his people and happily leans in for attention and belly rubs. He has a laid-back energy level but absolutely loves long walks and would thrive in an active home with room to explore. East is potty trained and quickly picked up good leash manners, and while he is still building confidence around food after being underweight when found, he responds well to gentle guidance and positive reinforcement. He does well with smaller dogs and cats and is simply selective with some other dogs, continuing to make progress with socialization. An active home with space and plenty of love would be perfect for East—he has brought so much joy to his foster family and is ready to share that same comfort and companionship with a loving family.
