❄️🐾 Meet Winter — Your Future Gentle Giant! 🐾❄️ Say hello to Winter, an absolutely adorable Great Pyrenees puppy with a heart as big as her paws! 🤍 She was born around September 25, 2025, and came to us from a local surrender of 7 Great Pyrenees puppies. Both of her parents are full Great Pyrenees, so she’s the real deal — fluffy, sweet, and destined to grow into a loyal, loving companion. 🏡 About Winter: Winter is doing wonderfully in her foster home and is already showing how smart she is! She is learning to use puppy pads indoors and is doing great with them. At night, she keeps her pen clean for the most part, which is a huge win for a puppy her age 👏 🐶 Personality & Playtime: Winter loves to play with the other dogs and puppies in her foster home and really enjoys being part of the pack. She’s a happy, playful girl who also has a gentle, sweet side that will melt your heart. 🧸 Training & Learning: She loves toys and is very treat motivated, making training a fun and positive experience. This girl is eager to learn and will thrive with continued consistency and patience. 🚗🐕 Still Learning: Winter isn’t quite sure about car rides or the leash yet, but she’s a baby and we are already working on helping her feel more confident with both. With time and positive reinforcement, she’ll get there! 🌳 Home Requirements: • Fenced-in yard required. • Puppies will only go to homes that meet certain requirements. • You must have knowledge and experience with the Great Pyrenees breed. Winter is going to grow into a beautiful, loyal family dog who will do best with a family ready for a large-breed puppy and all the love, training, and adventure that comes with it. If you’re looking for a fluffy best friend to grow up with your family, Winter might be the one 🤍🐾

Angel is a 1 year 2 month old Boxer/Great Pyrenees mix weighing 66 pounds. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender with her sister after an accidental pregnancy. Angel is a sweet and gentle girl with lots of love to give. She is looking for a home with lots of time, love and experience. She is nervous and shy with new people, places and life in general. Angel is unsure of strangers and needs help building trust and confidence. Once you've earned her trust you'll have a new shadow. We do believe she has separation anxiety. She'll happily crawl into your lap (does not know her own size), or sit behind you in the chair, circle around your legs and between your feet. She loves her chew toys, balls and ropes. Treat motivated and a quick learner. Working on learning how to walk on a leash as she had never been on one before coming to the shelter. She is accustomed to a fenced in yard being allowed on the furniture. Not housebroken. Fearful of car rides and thunder. Her adoption fee is $150, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00 (includes $1.00 service charge).Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review. Please note, we do not offer same day adoptions and there is a $10 non-refundable application fee.Come and meet your new best friend today! Needs work with housebreaking and leash walking. This is Allie and she is looking for a forever home with love and a fenced yard! She is not a dog that has spent a night outside. She loves to play catch and gives hugs. Due to life, I had to move back into an apartment and it’s not working out. She is 4 years old and spayed. She will come with her toys and food etc. She’s a big girl and with no place here for her big enough. It’s best I do the right thing for her and try to find her a good home. She’s a very good dog. Part labradoodle/Great Pyrenees. She is due for vaccines, and we are located in Galion OH. I will ask for references and there will be a rehoming fee. TIA — in Galion.

Stihl is a very energetic and playful dog, but he also has a laid-back, calm side and knows when it’s time to settle down. He is extremely friendly, great with kids, and enjoys being around people. Stihl is well trained, crate trained, and fully house trained. He does not use the bathroom inside the house and does very well with a regular routine. He listens well, has good manners, and is comfortable relaxing in his crate when needed. Overall, Stihl is a great combination of energetic, loving, well-behaved, and calm. He makes a wonderful family dog and companion.
