Story
I am looking to rehome my 2-year-old female Great Pyrenees. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I can no longer keep her, and I want to make sure she goes to a family who can give her the love, space, and care she deserves. About Her 2 years old, female Loyal, protective, and affectionate with her family True to her breed: she is a guardian dog, loves having a job, and does best with space to roam or a secure yard She would be happiest with someone who understands the Great Pyrenees breed and their needs, especially their protective instincts and love of outdoor space.

Story
Girlie was found as a pregnant stray and gave birth to 7 puppies. Girlie proved to be an incredibly loving and attentive mother. The puppies have now been weaned and all have found homes. Girlie's mommy days are over. She has been spayed and ready to find her own family to take care of her forever. Girlie is very good with other dogs, playful, submissive, walks great on a leash, super sweet. We do not know what she thinks of cats. Girlie is 2 years old and 73 pounds. Please help Girlie find the loving home she deserves. Update: Girlie had tested positive for Lyme's. She has already completed her antibiotic treatment and is feeling great. Story
Meet Autumn! She is one of six young Great Pyrenees mix puppies who found themselves homeless—until Miss Kayla came to their rescue. She loaded up her truck and whisked the pups away to safety. Unsure of what awaited them, the puppies were overjoyed to discover they were headed to a beautiful farm, where they will stay with Miss Kayla until their forever families find them. The puppies have plenty of space to run and play, enjoying daily exercise as they race to the pond. On warm days, you’ll often find several of them taking a joyful dip—white dogs and muddy water make for lots of fun! Autumn and her siblings are exceptionally smart. They’ve already mastered sit, stay, roll over, and give paw, and they’re always eager to learn new tricks. All of the puppies are kennel trained and making excellent progress with potty training. Each one knows exactly which kennel is theirs for mealtime and bedtime—impressive for such young pups!   You won’t find a more loving litter of puppies. They nap and play together all day, forming strong bonds with each other. While they don’t need to be adopted as a group, these social butterflies will thrive best in homes with another dog for companionship. If you’re looking to welcome a BIG boy or girl into your family, one of these pups could be the perfect fit. They will be spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and microchipped before adoption. Puppies are required to receive three vaccines at three-week intervals, and they’ll be ready to travel to their forever homes on April 3.   To be considered as a forever family and to request an application, please email Vivienne at vivienneajames@gmail.com or text 615-943-7311. An approved application and adoption fee are required. (These wonderful pups are located in Tennessee and can be transported north on April 3.)February 17, 2026, 1:53 pm

Story
Sylvia is the kind of dog who makes people stop and smile before they even realize why. With her enormous, cloud-like head of white fluff and soulful expression, this Great Pyrenees girl radiates beauty and quiet confidence. Born around November 5th, 2025, Sylvia already carries herself like royalty and truly believes she deserves to be adored. And honestly, once you meet her, it’s hard to disagree.   Sylvia is deeply people-oriented and thrives on connection. She wants to be wherever her humans are, involved in whatever they’re doing, watching closely and making sure she’s not missing a thing. She has no hesitation about expressing her feelings and will gently but clearly let you know when she expects attention, affection, or reassurance. Grooming time is one of her greatest joys, and she soaks up brushing, petting, and pampering as if it were her rightful due.   Playtime brings out her youthful sparkle. Balls and squeaky toys are her absolute favorites, and she delights in engaging both people and other dogs with her friendly, confident nature. Sylvia approaches new humans and canine friends with ease, showing no shyness and a naturally social heart. She has spent time with children, allowing herself to be hugged, handled, and even carried around with remarkable patience and grace, clearly enjoying the attention. While she hasn’t met cats yet, her calm and tolerant temperament suggests she would adjust just fine.   Sylvia will grow into a large and impressive dog, expected to reach at least 80 pounds. As a true Great Pyrenees, she will need space to roam and fulfill her instinct to observe and patrol her surroundings. A securely fenced yard is essential unless she has access to wide-open acreage where she can stretch her legs and feel at ease. With the right environment and a family that appreciates her devoted, affectionate nature, Sylvia will be an extraordinary companion who adds joy, beauty, and a little sparkle to every day.     If you are interested in adopting this beautiful great pyrenees puppy who is ready to come to your home on January 30th please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at Ccrnewengland@gmail.com A   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJanuary 30, 2026, 7:07 pm

Story
Meet Maggie — a vision in white and a heart full of quiet devotion. At just 10 months old and 74 pounds, Maggie is a beautiful Pyrenees/Lab mix who truly carries the best qualities of both breeds. She has the calm, thoughtful nature of a Great Pyrenees paired with the manageable size and steady presence of a Labrador. We don’t expect her to grow much more — likely topping out around 80 pounds.   Maggie was found as a stray and has only been with us since February 1st, but in that short time she has shown us exactly who she is — gentle, willing, and eager to please. Though she may be in need of more formal training, she is more than ready to catch up and be a prize companion in a family's life. Maggie thrives on praise and attention and will happily work for treats and those all-important “good girl” brownie points. She wants to connect. She wants to learn. She wants to belong and in her foster home she has never had a single accident. She has consistently waited to go outside and appears to be fully housebroken. She walks beautifully on a leash — calm, steady, and businesslike when it’s time to potty. In fact, her foster mom hasn’t heard her bark even once. She carries herself with a peaceful, composed energy.   With other dogs, Maggie is submissive and friendly — an easy companion who doesn’t look for conflict. Cats, however, are still a question mark. She has shown interest in chasing and would likely need a cat-free home, or at minimum, a very patient introduction period. Maggie is spayed, heartworm negative, and ready to find the family who will finish polishing this already shining gem. She is the kind of dog who bonds deeply and becomes your quiet shadow — loyal, steady, and full of love. If you’re looking for a calm, devoted companion wrapped in a stunning white coat, Maggie may be your girl.
