Story
Maggie is ready to travel to a community that will truly cherish her as a family member. She is currently in Oklahoma at our rescue. Because we want her transition to be as smooth as possible, we arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities (listed below!).
Adoptions are finalized in advance so that Maggie can hop off the transport and right into your waiting arms. We stand by our pups for life. In the rare event it isn't a perfect match, Maggie is never without a safety net; she will simply return to our care in Oklahoma on the next available transport until her perfect home is found.

Breed Mix: Possible Great Pyrenees & Australian Cattle Dog Mix
Weight: 117 lbs (a big, beautiful girl who is a bit overweight and working on losing a few pounds!). She is TALL!
Maggie is a gentle giant with a heart of pure gold! If you are looking for a devoted companion who lives for affection, Maggie is your girl.
Personality & Highlights:
An Absolute Love Bug: Maggie’s favorite thing in the entire world is to be snuggled, petted, and loved. She loves belly rubs and is a master of the "Pyrenees lean"—demanding affection by leaning allll 117 pounds of her sweet self right into you! She also knows how to shake and will proudly offer you her paw without you even asking!
Good with Respectful Dogs: Maggie does well with other dogs who have good manners, understand social cues, and respect personal space. She prefers canine friends who don't get right up in her face or push her boundaries.
Great Travel Buddy: Maggie rides wonderfully in the car, making her a fantastic partner for road trips or errands around town!
House-Trained: She is housebroken and ready for comfortable indoor living with her forever family.
Training & Walk Needs:
Leash Manners: Because of her size and strength, Maggie is currently a bit of a challenge to walk on a leash and will require a physically strong handler who can comfortably guide her as she continues working on her leash skills.
Maggie is a sweet, affectionate soul who just wants to shower her humans with love. If you're ready for giant snuggles and endless devotion, Maggie can't wait to meet you!
-She came into our rescue as a found stray and was kept outside. She liked to play/chase the family's cows, so she wasn't a good fit on their farm.
-Finder said she does fine with cats and since she was outside the entire time, they think she would be fine as an indoor dog and going outside to potty.
-She was adopted for a year then she came back to the rescue, no fault of her own.

Fully Vetted: Maggie is already spayed and up-to-date on all her essential vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella).
Prevention: She has been dewormed and is kept on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
Safety First: To ensure she is in tip-top shape for her new family, she will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and a certified Health Certificate. All performed within 10 days of her transport date.
Adoption Details
Maggie's adoption fee is $900. This fee is all-inclusive, covering her spay, all veterinary care listed above, and her seat on a professional transport service dedicated to getting her safely to your area.
