Story
Kroger was rescued from the Kroger's parking lot in our area (thus his name). He is about 8 years old, is extremely friendly and social; he loves everyone, including children and other animals. He's inquisitive, very, very smart and loves to learn new tricks. He even loves to go to the vet. He has seasonal allergies from time to time, and has taken medication which has been helpful for those. He needs to play and interact with people, and I can no longer provide that for him.

I am a spunky guy! Rub my belly and we will be besties! I have the best smile and love to run around the yard!Animal Services has new operating hours! We will now be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and closed Friday through Sunday. In addition to these hours, we will be available after-hours, including Fridays and Saturdays, by appointment. You can schedule an appointment with us by calling 817-616-3769 or emailing animalservices@richlandhills.com. Along with our new hours, all Wednesday adoptions are now by appointment only to allow our staff more time to prepare for Thursday vax-shacks and surgery days.Adoption fees for all animals are $125.00 (unless otherwise noted), which includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and HW Test for dogs. CALL FOR DISCOUNTS AND SPECIALS. 817-616-3769We are always looking for volunteers and donations. If your church/school or any group wants to hold an adoption fair or fundraising event please give us a call for available dates.
