Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Dixie is a 2-3 yrs old Beagle/ Bassett mix.  She is sweet but a bit shy and would benefit from having another dog in the house.  She loves toys and her crate is her safe spot.  Dixie loves attention and a soft lap is always welcome and lets not forget her treats!  She will make someone a wonderful companion.  Dixie weighs about 29 pounds.  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org. Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Bailey came to Mutts as an owner give up, through no fault of her own.  She is a little over a year old and weighs about 25 pounds.  Poor Bailey has been very traumatized by losing her home and, while she is adjusting to her new life with Mutts, a new home where she can learn to trust would be wonderful for her.
