Story

Cooper is a 20-week-old very handsome boy. He was found dumped in a park with 5 other dogs. He is very sweet, playful, happy and healthy. He loves to play with other puppies and toys. This sweet boy is ready for his forever family. As always, we do highly recommend positive reinforcement training to insure a well-mannered puppy/dog. The adoption fee is $800 which includes: spay/neuter, microchipping with registration, up to date on vaccines, rabies vaccine (for dogs and pups over 4 months at time of alter), deworming, and topical flea treatment application (as needed). I am less than 3 years young and still show off some puppy traits. I love playing “tug-tug” with my four year old human foster-buddy. I get really vocal when I play. I know how to be gentle while playing, I go to great lengths to avoid landing on, biting, or scratching my foster-buddy. I like playing with him, but I REALLY enjoy playing with bigger humans more. With my foster family I haven’t been able to play with other dogs. While on walks, I LOVE walks, I do encounter a number of other dogs and I usually come across pretty assertive, so I stay on-leash. Walking 1-2 miles per day helps keep me happy. I sometimes like a good speed walk and other times enjoy smelling the roses. I like to sleep on beds and give kisses. I also enjoy sitting on laps a lot! It took me a bit to get used to my foster-family’s back yard, so it might take me a bit to get used to yours. I take baths well, but nail trimming… I do not like nail trimming… I bonded with my foster mom quickly, but get a little nervous sometimes when her big kids get me ready for a walk. I learned who lived in my foster house quickly.
