This handsome fellow was discovered at Magnuson Park in Seattle, and he's now on the lookout for his new home.Kodiak is not just a pup; he's a bundle of energy and joy. His striking coat and captivating eyes are only matched by his friendly demeanor. Despite his stray past, Kodiak has a resilient and loving personality that shines through. He's eager to be a part of a loving family who appreciates his playful antics and appreciates the loyalty that huskies are known for.Here's a little more about Kodiak:Age: Estimated to be around 6 months oldPersonality: Kodiak is an outgoing and social husky. He loves meeting new people and furry friends, making him an ideal companion for those who enjoy an active lifestyle. Whether it's a game of fetch, a hike in the great outdoors, or just a cozy night on the couch, Kodiak is up for it all.Training: While his background is a bit of a mystery, Kodiak is smart and eager to please, making further training a delightful experience.Let's work together to give Kodiak the second chance he deserves and make his journey from a stray at Magnuson Park to a beloved family member a reality!Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. We appreciate your understanding and patience. **  HOW TO ADOPT: Check the animal's location.  From the Dog Kennels/Dog Isolation/Dog Quarantine (in shelter): To meet this dog, please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm one of on one of our open days, no appointment needed. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday, Friday, and all holidays.  From Foster Care (out of shelter): 1. Copy and paste the adoption survey link into a new tab on your browser: https://www.seattle.gov/documents/Departments/AnimalShelter/Dog%20Adoption%20Questionnaire_Fillable.pdf 2. Download and complete the dog survey. 3. Save the survey to your device with a new file name that includes your last name. Make sure it's filled in when opened again. 4. Put the name of the dog(s) in the Subject Line of a new email.
