He was kept tied up, isolated from the world, with little to no human affection and possibly no contact with other dogs. Because of this, he came to us shut down, scared, and unsure of how to just be a dog. But slowly, Brownie is learning what love feels like. He especially lights up around other dogs—he adores playing with them, particularly females, and their company seems to help him feel safe.
