Well.. Atleast she thinks she’s human! She’s a funny girl who likes to sit on chairs and on top of the couch. She’s really just on lookout.. it’s a husky thing! If this is going to bother you, she’s not your girl! She gets along well with other dogs, but she REALLY loves the boys! She is currently in a home with other huskies where she has been getting socialized and assessed.. we really want her to live her best life! She will need a home with a fenced yard to run and play in, another dog to play with is mandatory for Angel, this is not a breed that can be locked in a crate for extended periods of time. Angel is a great swimmer, she loves the pool. She walks really well on a leash and enjoys walks and car rides! If you work from home or are a stay at home Mom or Dad, that is ideal! She is great with kids.. no cats. Angel is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. If you are interested in adopting Angel, please fill out our adoption application. Max has a big smile and gorgeous blue eyes! This 1.5 year old Husky is affectionate, active and smart. He came to Abandoned Pet Rescue when his owner fell on hard times and was living in his car. He knew that situation in the Florida heat was not safe for Max. Max is potty trained and he does like other dog friends. He can be nervous when meeting strangers, but he is still adjusting to his whole life changing and being in a shelter. Max is pretty quiet for a Husky and on the smaller size at 45lbs. Benji is a gorgeous Husky / Terrier mix with beautiful blue eyes. This playful, [age] old boy will hop into your lap for hugs, thinking he's a lap dog even though he's [weight]. He does need an active home and his previous owner said he was friendly with most other dogs and seems to prefer dogs his size. Benji is treat motivated to learn and he already knows to go potty outside plus loves to show off that he knows the sit command. Volunteers have taken him on outings and he does well in the car and has fun exploring new environments. He gets very happy when he sees kids! He can be protective of his toys so older kids or teenagers would be more suitable in a home. Benji is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
