She is shy at first, but with a little sweet talk, Marimo leans against you for attention. She has done well going to adoption events and she is friendly with other calm dogs. She likes to play fetch with stuffed toys and get belly rubs. A family that knows the intelligence of her breed would make a great home. Rosie loves attention and this beautiful blue-eyed girl walks perfect on a leash and has excellent manners in her kennel. She is about 40lbs of sweetness. Rosie has been friendly meeting other dogs on walks and we would introduce her to other dogs in the home before being adopted. Benji is a gorgeous Husky / Terrier mix with beautiful blue eyes. This playful, 2-year-old boy will hop into your lap for hugs, thinking he's a lap dog even though he's 45lbs. He does need an active home and his previous owner said he was friendly with most other dogs and seems to prefer dogs his size. Benji is treat motivated to learn and he already knows to go potty outside plus loves to show off that he knows the sit command. Volunteers have taken him on outings and he does well in the car and has fun exploring new environments. He gets very happy when he sees kids! He can be protective of his toys so older kids or teenagers would be more suitable in a home. Benji is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. She knows basic commands and she is dog-friendly. Yari is young and will work on her leash walking with WAGS trainers, as she is accustomed to being off leash. She takes treats very gently and she has a beautiful temperament.

Max is a great dog. He injured his left knee and has recovered quickly, but he needs more attention than we can provide. He's the perfect dog for someone who is home often or works from home. He is 5 years old and has been part of our family since day one. We got him during COVID because we thought our golden retriever needed some company, and at the time, our 4-year-old wanted a new puppy. Our family has grown, and now we have two daughters with very busy schedules that prevent us from giving Max the attention he deserves. He tends to be shy around new people, but once he warms up, he enjoys being petted. He loves playing with toys and enjoys playing catch.

Lilly was rescued from a neglected atmosphere, she is very shy and she needs One on one attention, she still gets very scare at tines when there is noise. other than that she is very sweet, I am a senior and the energy she has its not easy for me to deal with. She came from Moultrie, Georgia, on May 27, 2025, it took a long time for her to start acting like a puppy, I always had small dogs but after seeing the shape she and her bother was devastating. I still have the brother which he will be re-home unless they can go together.
