Story
Jackson is in need of a good home due to our family growing and living in town. I will be physically unable to care for him during my surgery recovery and beyond. He is playful, loves to be around his family, and has never ever had an issue with any of our 4 small children. We adopted him when he was 1 and our youngest child was 6 months old. I believe he'd do well with other dogs, once he gets over his husky timidity. He is not an alpha dog, as he usually shows submissive tendencies. He is very smart and knows a lot of different commands. He has never tried, nor taken, the chance to escape. We keep him on our line when he is out in the backyard because we do not have a high fence and don't want to take any chances. Loves walks and running at the dog park. Rehoming fee includes food,water bowls, a small crate, toys, leash, and a brand new flea collar.

He is somewhat insecure so an owner that is confident would be ideal for this adolescent. Trip loves life, and everything around him. He simply just needs to learn some boundaries when it comes to personal space, and expressing his enthusiasm. Remember he is still a puppy. Trip has a tremendous amount of potential to be a wonderful member of someone's family. He is also quite handsome. Sky is a husky mix that loves to be with people. She loves to sit with you and get lots of pets. Although she is around 60lbs she loves to sit on your lap. She will sit next to you and do the lean in thing where she leans her body against your body, it's amazing for soul. She does have husky energy and a high prey drive according to her former owners (she wants to chase another animals). She is capable of jumping a 4 foot fence, so she will need to have a yard with a high fence or a leash to make sure that she doesn't jump the fence. She will do best if kenneled when you are not home to keep her from getting into trouble, she really wants to be with people and likely has some anxiety when left alone. This girl will do best with someone who is familiar with the breed and has time and patience to work with her. But, she is super sweet and loving and will make a great companion, especially for someone who is home a lot and has a yard with a high fence.  ##1949965##

Sarge is a 2 year old Male Husky, not neutered. He is great with kids and people, also good with elderly people if on leash. He is good with current household cats. He is house trained and crate trained, loves his walks, and car rides. He loves water, baths, lake swimming etc. We are looking to rehome him due to not being able to keep up with his needs and his escaping. We live on a busy road and he likes to go underneath the fence despite all of our attempts to fix the fence and keep him sequestered. He really ramped up his escaping once we had to put our other husky down because she had cancer. He is a sweet dog and loves to be around people. He just needs a little more attention than what we are able to do with both adults in the household working and the kids in two different directions. Sarge would benefit from a more secure fenced-in backyard or somebody that has the time to meet his mental needs. Included would be a large crate.

Hi, I'm Nyx and I'm the sweetest girl. I came into the shelter as a stray so not much is known about my past. The staff says I love walks and to play. I have lots of energy so I would love a home with lots to do and a big yard. I may be a lot for young kids, although I'm really nice I have so much energy I may knock over small children.
