Fully sponsored adoption fee - $0 to adopt!💙Meet Denver💙Sweet Denver is back with us due to unforeseen circumstances, and this big snow-loving goofball is hoping his true forever family is out there. ❄️Denver is 2 years old, and he originally came to us in 2024. We learned pretty quickly that he prefers to be the only pet in the home, and he’s a bit too energetic for kiddos under 5. After waiting 184 days, he finally found his perfect person… but tragically, his owner passed away. Denver tried living with the family, but with another dog in the home, it just wasn’t the right fit.But here’s the part we really want you to know:Denver is one of the goofiest, sweetest, and most well-behaved dogs you’ll ever meet. He walks great on a leash, knows how to sit, and absolutely lights up when he sees snow. He’s smart, loyal, and happiest when he’s outside exploring or playing. He’s the kind of dog who will make you laugh every single day with his silly personality.Denver doesn’t need much — just a home where he can be the center of attention, soak up love, and enjoy life with his person by his side. If you’re looking for a loyal adventure buddy or a best friend who will keep you smiling, Denver might just be your guy. 🐾💛

Story
This handsome 4-year-old Husky/Chow Chow mix is ready to find his furever home! Zeke was recently surrendered to the shelter through no fault of his own—he just isn't a fan of small animals. But with people, he's a total sweetheart!Zeke is friendly, affectionate, and has a charming personality that will quickly win you over. He would thrive in a home with another dog, though he can be a bit selective with his canine companions—he knows what he likes! Zeke would also do well with children who understand how to respect his space, especially around mealtime, as he prefers not to share his food.If you're looking for a loyal, loving dog with a bit of a regal streak and a whole lot of heart, Zeke might be your perfect match. Come meet this fluffy boy and see if he's the missing piece in your family!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!

Story
Meet Atlas a 3 year old Shepherd husky mix. At 3 Atlas finds himself looking for the perfect home. Not a fan of most men or young children. Atlas would thrive in a home who gives him his space and has plenty of room for lots of outside time. Outside seems to be where Atlas thrives although he was an inside dog at one point before his last owner made him an outside dog. While a fenced in yard in never a requirement, we do believe it may be best for him (but not a deal breaker if you don't have one) Someone who can read Atlas's body language would be the best fit because Atlas does go stiff when he is done getting attention or needs more space. Atlas is a great dog who does love his walks and get more and more outgoing the more time you spend with him. He is definitely going to make someone the perfect companion!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! Story
Hey everyone! Meet hades! Hades is a two year-old husky and he weighs about 45 pounds! He found himself in a local kill shelter unfortunately because he was running loose killing chickens, he did not go after any other animals, but that is normal husky behavior to go after the farmers chickens. Because of this, we do not believe he would do well in a home with cats, even though he never attempted to go after any or any small dogs, we do believe he would do excellent in a home with other dogs, his size, male or female it does not matter. this dog is extremely easy to have, he has perfect house and crate, manners, and he is exceptionally loving and gentle. He is not strong on the leash, and he listens very well. He can be shy at first and somewhat aloof but his foster mom said he’s quite literally the best dog they have. He is by far not one of those crazy wild unruly huskies, he is exceptional, and we do not even think that he would need to be in a fenced yard, we do think that he would be OK on a tie out with daily walks due to his very easy, gentle behavior. Adoption donation fee is $100 which it is tax-deductible and goes towards the care of homeless pets with Unchained Souls Canine Rescue. To expedite the adoption process you can send us a message at Unchained Souls Canine Rescue on Facebook to request an application or you can email us at unchainedsoulscaninerescue@yahoo.com and we will happily send you one! All Unchained Souls Canine Rescue animals are fully vetted: *Spayed/Neutered *Shots updated *Micro-chipped *Heart-worm checked and on prevention *On Flea and Tick Prevention You only need to see your vet for a “meet n greet” of your new family member and to turn in their medical records.
