Story
I got her from a shelter last August. Where I live now is not a good environment for her, she is very high energy and needs space to run. She is very hyper which causes an issue for me because there is a 3 year old in the house and always wants to play with the other dog we have here and doesn’t keep in mind that the child is near. I just want to find her a better home where she is happy and able to let more energy out. She is very sweet and loving and loves attention.

Story
A is for all the affection I have to give V is for my vivacious nature E is for easing into new friendships R is for my refreshing outlook on life I is for the incredible adventures we will have together E is for my enthusiasm in everything I do! I hear people-pleasing is supposed to be exhausting....but not for me! Being the young little lady that I am, my potential is as high as your dedication! It is very satisfying to utilize this beautiful brain I have, to make my friends (and my future family) happy. I won't lie to you; I am still growing out of some "puppy habits" (mouthing when I am overly excited) but rest assured, positive redirection and consistency will make for a quick remedy. Because I am still learning my size and appropriate play behavior, I might be best suited for older children that have a sturdy stance. Who needs a television when you could have me to keep you entertained! My enthusiasm is expressed in such a dorky way. I like to zoom around and try my best to impersonate a professional contortionist by folding over like a pretzel with my behind in the air! I am really excited to play with other dogs too, its a great way to let my antics out before we hunker down in bed for the night. Don't wait too long, if you like it....then you should put a collar on it. Take the first steps by submitting your adoption application to the website below! DOB: 2/12/2021 For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas. Please fill out our online adoption survey at www.mackenzies.info/adopt/adoption-survey-application/

Story
Rusty is a good boy. We had him since he was a puppy and is completely house broken. He has the typical husky spunk and howl, but is surprisingly mellow for his bred. He is 10 years old right now. Has never shown aggression towards any person. Other animals on the other hand. He will get jelious around your pet cat, so keep that in mind. He does better around other smaller to medium size dogs, but doesn't tolerate dominant behavior in alpha dogs and may fight depending on the other dogs temperment. If you and your other dogs are mellow he will be too. He does love table scraps and will sneakly eat your food if you let him. He will need walks routinely or otherwise he will get depressed. He is very affectionate, but will not let you cuddle him like a lap dog. I took him through basic obedience school and broke the habit of jumping, chewing, and some barking. He knows basic comands like sit, come, and stay. Loves head scratches and belly scratches. Will you invite him into your loving home

Story
Grizzly Grizzly is a male Husky mix. DOB: Nov. 15th,2023 Adoption fee: $225.00 I am a pup on the go!! But I always have time to slow down for some love and kisses. There is no guarantee on size, although my group appears to be on the petite size. I should be roughly between 40 and 60 pounds when full grown. I will require a physically fenced in yard, pending previous experience, location, and/or other plans for containment. I am not fit for apartment life. I should do well with other dogs pending a meet/greet and can be trained with a dog friendly cat. Pending observed interaction, I should do well with children 8 years and older. I do not appear to be the laid back, couch potato type of dog. Those who apply should be prepared for an active puppy into adulthood. If you are interested in being my adopter, please visit my shelter's website and complete the adoption application that is available there! HSSCM.org you can find the applications under the "adoptions" tab.
