Meet McFlurry — a stunning husky with a heart as sweet as his name. McFlurry was sadly abandoned at our shelter, but he hasn’t let that dim his loving spirit. This handsome boy is sweet, social, and incredibly charming, winning over everyone he meets with his friendly personality and gentle nature. He enjoys being around people, running in the snow, soaking up attention, and making new friends. McFlurry is ready to leave his past behind and start fresh with a family who will give him the love and stability he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with classic husky charm, McFlurry may be the perfect addition to your home!

Story
Bane is a loving husky. He loves women, kids, dogs and gets along with cats. He loves car rides, walks and swimming. Our reason for wanting to give him a new home is that he is not comfortable around me (dad) when I am up walking around. He loves to be around women most.

Story
Meet Whiskey! Whiskey is about 2.5 years old and a little over 50 pounds. Whiskey is a very sweet boy but does have a higher energy level. Due to his higher energy level that is common with husky's, we believe he'll do better in a home with a large fenced in yard. The most notable thing about Whiskey is that he gets very anxious with thunderstorms. Whiskey is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, microchipped and ready to go to his forever home! If you have any questions or would like to meet Whiskey, please call us at (828)980-0016 or you can email us at rutherfordanimalcontrol@heartofthefoothills.org.
