Story
Sienna came to us when her family had to relocate and could not take her and her sister with them. The two of them celebrate their 1st birthday the day after Christmas! They've previously spent most of their lives outside, and are currently in a foster home learning how great it is to be an indoor dog. Perfecting house training is still a work in progress, but she will happily go outside anytime! She is learning to use the dog door. In her foster home with other dogs and gets along with them great! She also lives with cats and is learning how to coexist with them. She previously lived in a home with kids and loves them. Sienna is a big more shy than her sister, and is working on her confidence. Her foster is helping her learn that while lots of things are new for her, it doesn't mean they're scary. If you're looking for a gorgeous, sweet, snuggly companion - consider Sienna! We think she would do with best with another playful, confident dog companion in her forever home. Please note: Sienna is not yet spayed but will be before her adoption can be finalized.

Soleil (so-lay) came to us when her family had to relocate and could not take her and her sister with them. The two of them celebrate their 1st birthday the day after Christmas! They've previously spent most of their lives outside, and are currently in a foster home learning how great it is to be an indoor dog. She also lives with cats and is learning how to coexist with them. She previously lived in a home with kids and loves them. While huskies are often known as being aloof and independent, Soleil is curious, very friendly, and LOVES to cuddle. She does struggle with alone time and will voice her husky feelings, so would probably not be a good fit for an apartment because of this. She would do best with a securely fenced yard with at least 6' fencing. If you're looking for a gorgeous, sweet, snuggly companion - consider Soleil! We think she would do with best with another playful, confident dog companion in her forever home. She LOVES to play and run, and would make a great hiking buddy. Please note: Soleil is not yet spayed but will be before her adoption can be finalized.

Story
Mystic is an amazingly gentle and sweet boy who loves playing with toys (stuffed ones), and adventurous walks. He is very mellow and quiet but will alert if something odd or strange is going on when outdoors. He loves sleeping on his ottoman and having shorter walks where he can sniff his world so he is easily pleased with the simple things in Life. He would do best in a home where he is the only boy dog as he likes the Ladies most. He is shy at first to strangers but once he places his trust in someone, that person has a friend for life. He also enjoys a peaceful environment, so one with lots of kids and noises would not be his style. He is 8 years old so ready for a quieter mellow life , but one filled with love and attention.

Story
Meet Jay, the Husky who believes each day deserves a tiny bit of chaos, a lot of fun and at least one dramatic zoom! Jay came to the ASPCA Behavioral Rehabilitation Center after living in a house with many other dogs and struggling to cope with the world. Thanks to the help of our program, he’s grown into a confident, silly graduate who’s ready to take on life with joy and enthusiasm! Jay is playful, social and always up for a good adventure. He loves hanging out with his people, romping around with dog friends and sniffing everything that looks remotely interesting. He has a gift for turning any yard into his imaginary snow field and any moment into something fun. Once he knows you, Jay is affectionate, cuddly and full of sweet “you’re my person” energy. With new folks, he sometimes takes a moment to check them out first, but a slow approach and a tasty treat will help you become besties. After playtime, he settles in beautifully and enjoys relaxing, snacking and using that clever Husky brain for enrichment and games. If you’re looking for a spirited, goofy and big&#226&#128&#145hearted companion who brings joy wherever he goes, Jay just might be your guy. Story
Snow is ALL husky! If you have experience with the husky breed and love huskies, this is your girl! She loves to play, loves to give you those playful husky eyes and crazy attitude! Snow loves to play with other dogs her size but can not be in a home with small animals, small children or cats. She will most likely destroy chickens or other small farm animals as well. Older children are fine and she has never shown any agression. While Snow loves to play outside she can also calm down and enjoy the couch and chill with you. Snow is crate trained and could quickly learn to be house trained as she does know how to use a doggy door.
