Our old, perfect, classy lady Daisy. Daisy is a 7-year-old mix who weighs approximately 40 lbs and is the sweetest girl. You wouldn’t know she was 7 years old, as she is a puppy by heart. With Daisy you get a cuddling, loving older dog demeanor with the playfulness and happiness of a puppy. And almost no training necessary! Daisy is house and crate trained. Daisy gets along great with other dogs and would do wonderful in a home with another dog to keep her company. She absolutely loves people and is the first one to greet anyone that is coming through the door or gate. Daisy was found roaming the streets of south Texas by Mexico; She was super skinny and you could just see the defeated look in her face. Thankfully, a good Samaritan saw her and couldn’t just turn away from her. She has been in the care of a sanctuary for 6 months now. She is a very relaxed dog. She just wants to lay out in the sun, play a little bit, relax and just hang out. Daisy would do great in a home that is a bit more relaxed and wants a dog that is very casual but VERY loving. She does great on car rides! Her favorite thing to eat are hot dogs. The foster says one of her favorite things about Daisy is that she doesn’t destroy toys, so all toys survive around Daisy, SO FAR. She doesn’t really know commands, but she loves to follow you around, and just wants to find her perfect humans. Please consider giving old lady Daisy a chance at her forever home. 🩵 Meet Kodiak — A Beautiful Blue-Eyed Boy Looking for a Forever Home! 🩵 Approximately 5 years old | 50-ish lbs | Siberian Husky | Cat-Friendly | Dog-Friendly | House & Crate Trained Kodiak’s story is one of heartbreak, loyalty, and hope. 💔🐾 When his family moved away, they left Kodiak and his brother behind at an abandoned house, as if they meant nothing. But these two loyal boys didn’t give up on their people. For months, they waited in the same place, hoping the people they loved would come back for them. Sadly, they never did. Thankfully, a kind neighbor provided food and water until another concerned neighbor contacted animal control. Before long, Kodiak and his brother found themselves in the shelter system, facing a heartbreaking fate that far too many big dogs face. They were placed on the euthanasia list. But we saw them. We knew their lives mattered. And we went and got them out! ❤️ After 2.5 months in foster care, Kodiak is finally ready for the chapter he has always deserved: a family who will love him forever and never leave him behind again. 🩵 The good stuff about Kodiak! Where do we even begin? This boy is the total package! ✨ House-trained AND crate-trained! Woohoo! 🐱 Cat-friendly! Kodiak has been cat-tested and isn't bothered by cats at all. He enjoys having fun with his doggy buddies and burning off some energy. But once playtime is over? He's ready for the good life: air-conditioning, a comfy spot on the couch, affection, and cuddles with his favorite humans. He loves being petted and brushed by his foster parents and thrives on that special connection with his people. He's playful without losing his gentle nature, affectionate without reservation, and just an all-around wonderful boy. And can we talk about his LOOKS?! 😍 Kodiak is absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning mix of black, white, cream, and beautiful reddish-brown tones. His striking blue eyes, framed by that gorgeous black eyeliner, are impossible to miss. He's the kind of dog who turns heads wherever he goes, and people can't help but stop and admire him! But underneath all that beauty is an even more beautiful soul. ❤️ 🏡 Kodiak's dream home Kodiak would love a home where he can be part of the family and receive plenty of love, attention, and affection. Another friendly dog to play with would be a wonderful bonus, but it's not essential. His ideal family will enjoy giving him opportunities to play, explore, and stretch his legs, while also appreciating his softer side. One important note about his health: Our veterinarian suspects Kodiak may be in the early stages of arthritis and has recommended periodic pain-relief injections to help keep him comfortable. He currently shows no obvious signs of pain and doesn't have an obviously painful gait, but we want to be proactive about his comfort and quality of life. His future family should be prepared to discuss his ongoing care with their veterinarian. 💔 He's already been let down once. Let's make sure it never happens again. Kodiak spent months waiting for people who never returned. He doesn't need a perfect family, a perfect house, or a perfect life. 🐾 Meet Our Pointy-Eared Puppy Crew! 🐾 Six beautiful 7-month-old puppies are looking for their forever homes! ❤️ This adorable litter of six — five girls and one boy — was born around mid-February 2026. They are all approximately 35 lbs and we believe they will grow to around 50 lbs full grown. 💕 Meet the Pack Girls: • Alexis • Sissy • Cookie • Bella • Kenzie Boy: • Mac Their mom is a purebred German Shepherd, and their dad is unknown but is believed to be a Husky/Lab mix. And let's talk about those EARS! 👂😂 Every single puppy has super pointy ears — guaranteed to get better signal and service than some cell phone companies! 🐶 How They Came to Be Their beautiful mom was found pregnant while roaming the streets of South Texas. Thankfully, a wonderful Good Samaritan took her in, and she was able to safely have these gorgeous babies in a loving environment. Now these puppies are ready for families of their own! ❤️ Personality Plus! These pups are friendly, affectionate, curious, loyal, and incredibly loving. They absolutely adore people and love being part of the action. 🐾 Sweet Lab/Husky × Golden Retriever Mix Puppies Looking for Loving Homes! ❤️ These beautiful puppies were born May 6, 2026, to a Lab/Husky mix mom and a dad we believe was a Golden Retriever mix. There are 8 puppies total — 7 females and 1 male. They are friendly, affectionate puppies who love being loved, getting pets, playing, and spending time with their people. They are very smart and loyal, and they're more submissive than dominant. They are food- and treat-motivated, which should make training a rewarding experience. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, they should do wonderfully as they learn what it means to be part of a family. They would make wonderful family dogs and would do well with children and people of all ages. This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily.
