Our old, perfect, classy lady Daisy. Daisy is a 7-year-old mix who weighs approximately 40 lbs and is the sweetest girl. You wouldn’t know she was 7 years old, as she is a puppy by heart. With Daisy you get a cuddling, loving older dog demeanor with the playfulness and happiness of a puppy. And almost no training necessary! Daisy is house and crate trained. Daisy gets along great with other dogs and would do wonderful in a home with another dog to keep her company. She absolutely loves people and is the first one to greet anyone that is coming through the door or gate. Daisy was found roaming the streets of south Texas by Mexico; She was super skinny and you could just see the defeated look in her face. Thankfully, a good Samaritan saw her and couldn’t just turn away from her. She has been in the care of a sanctuary for 6 months now. She is a very relaxed dog. She just wants to lay out in the sun, play a little bit, relax and just hang out. Daisy would do great in a home that is a bit more relaxed and wants a dog that is very casual but VERY loving. She does great on car rides! Her favorite thing to eat are hot dogs. The foster says one of her favorite things about Daisy is that she doesn’t destroy toys, so all toys survive around Daisy, SO FAR. She doesn’t really know commands, but she loves to follow you around, and just wants to find her perfect humans. Please consider giving old lady Daisy a chance at her forever home. Daisy is fixed (spayed/neutered), heart worm positive (they have received the 30-day course of antibiotics and need to stay on heart worm prevention for 12-16 months and be retested then), current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport. They liked him and tried to help by giving him food, but no one had stepped up to rescue him. Despite their kindness, Atlas was still not getting enough to eat. He was hungry, tired, and dirty when he was finally taken in at the beginning of October 2026. Now, this gorgeous boy is ready for his next chapter — one filled with love, adventures, cozy moments, and a family who will never let him fend for himself again. ❤️ 🐶 His Personality Atlas is as sweet as they come! He is incredibly loving, friendly, and happiest when he’s around his people. He loves everyone, big and small, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend. 💙❄️ MEET BABY BLUE — THE THREE-LEGGED WONDER WITH A HEART FULL OF LOVE! ❄️💙 🐾 1½ years old | 41 lbs | Male | Tripod Husky | Professional Cuddle Bug Three legs? No problem! Missing a limb? Doesn't even cross his mind! This sweet boy is too busy running, playing, giving kisses, and spreading happiness to worry about what he's missing. 🥹💙 Meet Baby Blue, affectionately known as Blue — a resilient, goofy, loving young Husky who has overcome more in his short life than any dog ever should. And yet, somehow, he remains one of the sweetest, most peaceful souls you'll ever meet. His story didn't start out happily, but we're determined to help him find the beautiful ending he deserves. 💔 A HEARTBREAKING BEGINNING, A BEAUTIFUL SECOND CHANCE Baby Blue and his brother and parents were dumped near the Texas–Mexico border, where they found themselves running along a busy road. A kind Good Samaritan stopped to help catch them, but the frightened dogs kept running. Tragically, Baby Blue's brother was hit by a car and passed away that day. Baby Blue was also struck and left unable to move. Thankfully, that Good Samaritan rushed him to the vet, where he was diagnosed with a fractured femur. In December 2025, Baby Blue underwent an amputation of his injured leg. Today, he has healed beautifully, and you would hardly believe he's a tripod! He would love a home with another friendly dog, although the most important thing is finding a family that suits his individual needs. And cats? No problem! Blue has shown that he can happily coexist with his foster's cat, making him a wonderful candidate for a home with feline family members, too. 🐕🐈 ❤️ THE SWEETEST SOUL WITH THE FUNNIEST LITTLE PERSONALITY Baby Blue is the perfect blend of playful and peaceful. One minute, he's tossing toys around like he's hosting his own little party. The next, he's curled up on a soft, plush bed, snoozing the day away. He loves giving kisses, snuggling close, and simply being near his people. He even lets out the occasional howl just because he can! 😂 He's loving, funny, smart, and wonderfully affectionate. His foster describes the peaceful energy he brings into her life, and it's easy to see why everyone falls for this boy. Blue doesn't need to be the busiest dog in the room. He's just happy to be included, loved, and comfortable. 🛋️ SOFT BEDS, TOYS & ALL THE CUDDLES! Baby Blue currently sleeps with his four foster dog siblings in their own room, complete with cushioned beds. But if he had his choice? The softer and fluffier, the better! His dream home would have: • A collection of plush, comfy beds • A toy box filled with fun things to throw around • A loving family to cuddle with • A safe yard for running and exploring • Plenty of cozy indoor time Honestly, this boy deserves every soft blanket and comfortable bed he can get. He's been through enough. 🥹💙 ❄️ A TEXAS BOY DREAMING OF SNOW! South Texas gets incredibly hot, and Baby Blue prefers spending most of his time indoors when temperatures rise. But when a little cold front arrived, something wonderful happened. Blue headed outside, stretched out in the grass, and soaked up the cool, fresh air like it was the best thing in the world. And that's when we started dreaming of his future. Imagine Baby Blue waking up in his forever home somewhere cooler, stepping outside into crisp air, feeling the grass beneath his paws, and perhaps experiencing his very first snowfall. ❄️☃️ We think this boy is going to be in absolute heaven! 🏡 BABY BLUE'S DREAM HOME Blue would thrive in a loving home with: • A securely fenced yard where he can run and play at his own pace • A family with children who will include him in their lives • Other friendly dogs, if available • A relaxed household that appreciates both playtime and peaceful naps • Plenty of soft places to sleep and humans to cuddle • A cooler climate or a home that can keep him comfortable in hot weather He's moderately active, but he also has a wonderfully lazy side. He enjoys exercise and playing with his friends, then happily settles down for a long nap. As a tripod, Baby Blue's exercise should be appropriate for his individual abilities, with a healthy balance of activity and rest. 💙 THREE LEGS. AN UNBREAKABLE SPIRIT.
