Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Dukesky! Dukesky is a 7-month-old Pomsky who’s 1/4 Pomeranian and 3/4 Husky — which means he’s likely to stay smaller than your typical Husky but still have plenty of that Husky personality and charm! This sweet boy is just beginning his obedience training and is already showing great potential. He’s very good in his crate, loves playing with other dogs, and has a gentle, social disposition that makes him easy to love. Dukesky has also been around older children and does wonderfully with them. He’s looking for a home that will continue to work on his obedience, crating, and overall training. With consistency and care, Dukesky will grow into a loyal and well-mannered companion who’s ready for every adventure life brings!Dukesy is up to date with vaccines appropriate for his age and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Click here for the ADOPTION APPLICATION if you are interested in adopting this pet. Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.  We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.  Thank you!December 13, 2025, 3:19 pm

Arrow Update ??He is All Husky ??This boy continues to surprise us in the very best way! He was recently neutered and he tolerated the surgery extremely well, in fact his blood work showed no signs of his previous issues!! We haven’t had any indication of problems and while we may never know how or why he was so ill, we are thankful he responded to the antibiotics and seems to be perfectly recovered .We are still so grateful for the quick response from Moosic Pd and the support from our Humane Officer in getting him the emergency treatment that saved his life.Hes estimated to be 5 years old and weighs 42 pounds.Arrow is good with other dogs, no cats. Story
Maverick is the sweetest Husky boy. All of the things you love about this breed, and none of the quirky things. Maverick is about 2 years old and a lean 65 lbs of goofy, playful, affection. He loves everyone and dogs. He is smart and super affectionate. Loves the car and is so well mannered in a home. Husky experience and a fenced yard are a must with this type of breed. Truly just a wonderful, handsome boy... LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   November 7, 2025, 10:26 am
