Luna is a pretty girl looking for a forever home. She is a two-year-old beautiful husky. She is very sweet but a little on the timid side until she gets warmed up to you. She is spayed and current on all shots and preventions. I would prefer she go to a cooler northern environment. Luna gets along very well with others, she has the pack mentality. She is very loyal and loving. She loves to run and play with the others in her pack. She has not shown aggressive behaviors. She would do well with older children and other pets. Not so sure about cats. She is very, very smart. I would recommend her as a good family pet. Saved from a high-kill shelter by another rescue only to wind up in another shelter when that rescue left her in boarding in an Alabama warehouse for an extensive period. Peppermint is a beautiful Siberian Husky with icy blue eyes and an energetic, loving personality. I’ve cared for her since my sister was pregnant, and she’s been with me for about a year now. She’s full of energy, loves being outside, and never turns down a game of fetch or tug-of-war. She’s playful, fun, and surprisingly well-behaved—she doesn’t damage anything and she knows her basic commands, including sit, lay down, wait, and be quiet. Peppermint is very affectionate and can be a little clingy at times, but she can handle being alone when she needs to. She just loves being near her person and thrives with attention, activity, and connection. I’m in the military and unfortunately don’t have the time to give her the daily engagement she truly deserves. I’m only willing to rehome her if she’s going to someone who will love her just as much as I do—or even more.
