Story
Blue came into the home about 8 months ago. He is high energy and needs someone with land/ a fenced in back yard. He loves going on hikes, playing with his toys, taking car ride, and adventuring everywhere. He is a cuddeler, but is used to sleeping in his crate at night. He is an anxious and needs somewhere he can feel safe without lots of new people around. Blue has had lots of training and knows basic commands as well as never had an accident in the house. He is not a chewer and is not destructive. He loves going to the dog park and running around with other dogs his size. He has been around young and older children and does well with them. His best match would be an active owner with a property able to run around and play.

Story
Blue needs someone who has quiet home with a lot less foot traffic than i’m able to provide. He is trained on basic behaviors and is still easily trained and eager to learn. He is an anxious boy and barks out of anxiety, so preferably someone with a home and a yard to be able to run and release stress along with patience for barking. He is used to me working a 9-5 and has never been destructive or caused problems while I am gone. He loves going on walks, swimming, hiking, riding in the car, and playing with his toys. Would do best in a single animal household. Due to his anxiety he is best suited for a home without children but has been around them and there have been no issues.

Story
We are looking to rehome this handsome guy, Nash. He’s the sweetest boy who would love nothing more than to be your 60 pound snuggle buddy. He’s 5 years old, crate trained and has 2 years remaining on his 3 year rabies vaccination. He does really well with other dogs (loves doggy daycare)but not cats. Our reason for rehoming is he is not a fan of our tiny humans(3 year old and 10 month old). He does well with older children, but not the little ones. He currently spends most of his time in a kennel or outside and he needs/deserves so much more! He will come with dog food, kennel and bed.

Story
We are looking to rehome our husky, Nash. He is absolutely the sweetest boy and would love nothing more than to be your 60 pound snuggle buddy. However, he does not love small children. It's completely our fault, but we believe he has built up resentment to our young boys and we are unable to trust him. He does really well with other dogs and older children. Nash deserves more than we have been able to give him. He is starved for more attention and would love to find a new family to play with. He's 6 years old, has 2 years left on his rabies vaccination, kennel/potty trained and would come with food and his kennel. We've spent the better part of a year trying to find the perfect home for him, we've called all the local husky rescues and they aren't accepting owner surrenders and this guy is not meant for a shelter. If you or someone you know is looking for a new snuggle buddy, we would love to set up a playdate!

Story
Hops, an 8-month-old Husky-Shepherd mix, has a story of resilience and hope. Along with his siblings, he was found exploring the woods of Smith County, living in a crate outdoors until the caring team at SOAR stepped in. This spirited boy, along with his sister, showcases the best of both his breeds. Hops flaunts a beautiful coat, a testament to his Husky-Shepherd heritage, and eyes that sparkle with intelligence and curiosity. He is the epitome of calmness and friendliness, traits not always expected in such young dogs. His Husky lineage shines through in his playful demeanor and love for adventure. Exceptionally sociable, Hops is fantastic with other dogs and adores human companionship. His amiable nature makes him an excellent candidate for a household with or without pets. He's particularly gentle and patient, making him a great fit for families. True to his Husky roots, Hops is energetic and would thrive in an environment that can provide ample exercise and mental stimulation. He loves outdoor adventures, be it a hike in the hills or a game in the park. But unlike a pure husky, Hops does relax and enjoys his down time too. Hops is in prime health - vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He's a quick learner, eagerly waiting to impress you with how fast he can pick up new commands and tricks. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and routine vet check-ups will ensure he remains a happy and healthy companion. Hops is seeking a loving home that understands the unique joys and challenges of raising a Husky mix. He's perfect for an active individual or family who can match his energy and enthusiasm for life. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and spirited canine friend, Hops is your perfect match. His joyful personality and affectionate nature make him an ideal companion. Apply here to start your journey with Hops!! https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SFP-A-330. This gorgeous boy has an adoption fee of $325.00. He is up to date on his shots, dewormed, heartworm tested, on heartworm preventatives, neutered and microchipped. Please note that we are a completely volunteer run organization. We do our best to respond to applications within 72 hours. We also can only setup meet and greets once an application has been approved.
