Story
The Candy Crew; Skittles, Pez, Reeses, Gumdrop & Twixx are 8-week-old, 6-8lb Beagle X Jack Russell, (we're totally guessing there as we didn't see Mom or Dad!) puppies. We think they'll be small - medium size as adults. Like young children, puppies need structure, leadership, guidance, and lots of love to grow into successful adults. At this age, they are ready to socialize, learn about the world & train to be the best doggies they can be! If you'd like to find out more about making this gorgeous pup a member of your family & to see whether (s)he would be a good fit in your home, please fill out our adoption form here: https://airtable.com/shrlL2pbqSGTRJiyc *If you live in rented accommodation, please familiarise yourself with the property management's pet policy. **We do adopt multiple dogs to the same home but they must be a year apart in age if < 2 years old. Thank you for your understanding.

Story
He is a good dog but doesn’t do well with small kids and I just had a baby 8 months ago and he is beginning to crawl and he snapped at my baby and nephew already. He is perfectly fine without small kids. He’s been in the house with me and my older kids.

Story
**Special Needs** Patience, love, time, and understanding is what Rosie(Izzy Bell Bell) needs the most. She doesn't know how to be a dog. She lives in constant fear of everything as she was never socialized or properly introduced to new things. She is not aggressive at all which is amazing. Collar, leash, grass, curtains, and feeding bowls are all new to her. She is trying her best to learn but her fear is sometimes overwhelming and she retreats. She is not food motivated. She is potty trained but will need to be carried out to potty. She will walk back in on a leash to her safe spot. Every now and again she likes to play with her toys by herself and she tends to get excited when foster mom comes home but not enought to take the fear away. Rosie(Izzy Bell Bell) is a 2 year old, 30lb low rider, perhaps basset mixed with an adorably cute scruffy faced terrier of some sort. She is precious. But she is also a lost soul looking for her road map to confidence and self worth. Rosie's life has pretty much been holding her own in a backyard with two larger, dominant kennel mates. She dealt with that by retreating into her dog house and into herself. Her heart begs for attention and love, but she is currently very timid and submissive, often rolling onto her back or crawling across the floor. Rosie (Izzy) world thrive in a home where it was just her and her people. While she co-exists peacefully with other dogs, she does not show interest in interaction. While she co-excist with children, she is not a fan. She is a lump on the floor most of the time. No need to kennel as she stays in one place all day. She does come to foster mom in a fenced yard but that took two months to accomplish. She is in desperate need of a person that can help her regain confidence and understanding. Rosie (Izzy) is not a regular pup at all. Because of humans she has became what she is. It is heartbreaking but we are hopeful there is a perfect home out there for her. ##1665724##

Story
Wow!! Hi, I’m Bullwinkle. My brother, Rocky, and I had a very rocky start in life but things are looking good now! We were found as young puppies abandoned in a box with four more siblings up in Jackson County. Our mom was nowhere to be found, and we all had terrible cases of mange. The wonderful people at the county shelter took care of us for months and got us healthy and now we are ready for real homes. We are both 5-month-old Terrier mixes but we don’t look alike. I am the better-looking, taller, tan guy with the come hither-hound look. I am a little more shy than my brother but am warming up to all these nice people quickly. We just had our vetting and are eager to find families together (we love to play) or apart. Even though we have been neutered they say our brains have not been installed yet … because … puppies! We are learning about everything and are very curious. For some reason, people laugh and smile when they watch us. That’s OK with us as long as we get treats … yeah, we figured out treats are pretty darn good. I am UTD on my shots, microchipped, and neutered. I am very active and need a secure, above-ground fenced yard to keep me safe. I would probably be good with another dog or just by myself. I definitely need the training to be the best boy I can be but keep those treats coming and I will do a great job. Story
Sprightly! That’s a great adjective for me. This Chi-Jack with my long legs is usually known as Hank Wiggles. I am 10 years young and an active senior who gets along with everyone and enjoys every day. I am up-to-date on my shots, neutered, microchipped, and have had a dental. Life has not been easy for me in the past, but you would never know that from my wonderful demeanor. I do have a grade 4 heart murmur, but there is no damage and I do not need any medication. I’m about 13 pounds of mellow fellow. As always (even with seniors), I need a nice, secure yard in which to wander and romp, with an above-ground fence to keep me safe. https://www.jackrusselladoptions.org/adopt-a-dog/
