🤍 Meet Molly 🖤 This 35-pound mixed breed sweetheart is the perfect size, and the definition of a happy, fun dog! She always has a smile on her face and is happiest next to her people! Molly’s favorite place in the world is right next to her people- whether that’s curled up on the couch, on a nice walk or hike outdoors, getting her zoomies out, or soaking up all the love you’re willing to give. Molly walks great on a leash and loves to run around and explore the back yard! She’d be the perfect adventure dog and has already enjoyed camping and has found to love spontaneous trip to the taco truck (her new personal favorite kind of outing 🌮🐾). She’s ready & excited to join you as your lovable and social sidekick! 🏕️ She’s house trained and does alert you at the door when she needs to go out. Molly isn’t destructive at all—no chewing on things she shouldn’t—and she has lovely house manners. While she does okay in a kennel, she would much prefer to be by your side. She may whine a bit when kenneled, not out of mischief, but simply because she loves being close to her humans. Molly gets along well with other dogs, and can get a little excited (complete with excited groans at times), but is great with slow introductions! Speaking of affection—Molly is a professional cuddle bug. She’s always ready to offer up her belly for rubs and will happily repay you with the sweetest kisses! 💕 It’s her favorite kind of trade! If you’re looking for a fun, loyal, loving companion who would enjoy adventure and who just wants to be near you and share life’s simple moments— Molly might just be your perfect match! 🐾🤍 📍Apply to adopt Molly today at campcompanion.org 📌 Adoption fee is $350 plus tax

Story
🤍 Hi, I’m Rembo… Your Gentle Little Shadow 🐾 Hi… I’m Rembo. I’m a Jack Russell Terrier puppy who’s still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. I can be a little shy at first and I’m still figuring out how to trust people, but every day I get a little braver. I’m starting to come out of my shell and get more curious about things around me. I really want to explore—I just need a little time and patience to build my confidence. Once I feel safe, I show more of my sweet, gentle personality. I do really well with other dogs, especially ones my size. Watching them helps me learn how to “be a dog,” and they’ve been helping me gain confidence. I can get overwhelmed sometimes, so slow introductions and a calm environment are really important for me. I haven’t met kids or cats yet, but my foster mom thinks I would probably do okay—though I would do best in a quieter home where I can continue to grow at my own pace. I’m doing so well with potty training, but if I get scared or overwhelmed, I might have an accident. I’m still learning, and I’m trying my best! My crate is my safe space, and I do really well in it—it helps me feel secure and relaxed. A fenced-in yard is required for me. I’m not confident on a leash yet, and it can be really scary. Because of that, I do have a higher chance of slipping out of a collar if I get frightened. Practicing leash skills inside a fenced yard is a must to help me safely build confidence. More than anything, I’m learning that it’s okay to be a dog… to explore, to feel safe, and to be the best boy I can be. I was recently neutered and will be ready for my forever home very soon 💛 If you’re patient, gentle, and willing to help me grow, I promise I’ll be the sweetest little companion… just waiting to bloom 🌼 Apply to adopt at www.campcompanion.org Adoption fee is $350 plus tax.

Lexi is 8 years old and the sweetest little girl. She belongs to my friend John who needs to move to due to his health. John wants Lexi to be with kind, active, loving, faithful people.Lexi is active but now at 8 years old she's settled a lot. She will run away if she gets out so she needs to be on a leash when outside at all times. She loves to run with John! The perfect owner would take her for lots of walks and runs.

Story
Hey there, I’m Racoon! And before you ask… no, I do not steal trash cans or sneak around at night. I do however steal hearts, squeaky toys, and probably your spot on the couch. I’m a scruffy little terrier mix full of happy energy and goofy fun. If there’s a toy nearby, I’m interested. Squeaky toys? YES. Tennis balls? Absolutely. Stuffies? My favorite. Random mystery toy at the bottom of the basket? I’ll test that one too! I’m a friendly boy who loves meeting people, playing with other dogs, and making kids laugh with my silly antics. I’m always ready for adventures, zoomies around the yard, or just hanging out being your adorable scruffy sidekick. Basically, if you’re looking for a fun-loving, happy pup with personality for days and the cutest scruffy face around… I’m your guy! Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.  Isaiah is a smart, active Jack Russell Terrier with a playful spirit and an adventurous heart. This curious little guy loves exploring the world around him, whether he’s sprinting through the park, sniffing every trail he can find, or splashing through shallow ponds and lakes with his foster siblings. He’s recently discovered just how fun water can be and happily runs and jumps through it with pure joy. When he’s not out adventuring, Isaiah is always ready for belly rubs, squeaky toys, and quality time with his people. Isaiah is an incredibly fast learner who thrives when given enrichment and structure. He already knows an impressive list of commands including sit, come, stay, down, wait, leave it, roll over, kennel, outside, and go potty. He has also participated in agility training in the past and would absolutely shine with someone interested in continuing advanced training, agility, obstacle courses, scent work, ratting, or other fun activities that keep his busy mind engaged. He would make an excellent companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle with daily walks, hikes, or runs. While Isaiah is social and eager to learn, he is still building confidence in certain situations. Loud noises, overwhelming commotion, men, and young children can make him nervous, so he will do best in a calmer home with older, considerate kids or adults only. He does not need another dog in the home and would be perfectly happy soaking up attention as your one-and-only sidekick. Isaiah is looking for a patient, active family who will appreciate both his intelligence and his sensitive side. With continued guidance and love, this fun little guy is sure to become an incredibly loyal and entertaining companion. Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.    ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. Check back for updates on which events they will be attending. If an event is not listed within their bio above, the animal is not planning to attend.  Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. We recommend filling out an application and we will set up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved. ADOPTION PROCEDURE: The first step in our process is to complete an online adoption application on our website: http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/adoptionprocess/   Note: In most circumstances Underdog Rescue will only adopt within 60 miles of Minneapolis, MN.  All of our foster animals can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application. Contact us at http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/contact-us/ if you have further questions. FOSTER CARE: All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves in time and with patience.  If you have an interest and ability to be a foster home, please visit our website  www.underdogrescuemn.com/foster-applications  and fill out a foster application. NUTRITION: Nutrition is vital to the rehabilitation and life-long health of our pets.  All of our foster animals are fed a premium diet such as NutriSource, Canidae, Orijen, Nature's Variety, Fromm, Pure Vita, Stella and Chewy's, Primal, or balanced raw diet.  All adopters are required to continue providing premium diets for the life of the animal.
