Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. TANIA & TIARA were saved by SAVE KOREAN DOGS from Tobong Dog Slaughterhouse on June 29th 2022 from a horrendous and painful evil death. She arrived in the US on 2nd November 2023. TANIA is spayed, rabies, core vaccines, heartworm and tick tested negative, she is on monthly preventatives, de-wormed and microchipped. She has an estimated date of birth of 21 January 2021 and weighs around 40 pounds. She is a Jindo mix breed dog, with the Jindo being a national treasure. Tania is a sweet gentle girl who is in need of a home that is going to go slow and show her love and give her the security she needs, whilst going out on walks and adventures and helping her get familiar with the strange environment, strange noises and smells that are so very different to south Korea. Unfortunately Tania's sister Tiara passed away in January 2025 and so Tania is alone without her sister, but here at the rescue with the house pack. TAnia is shy and nervous which is to be expected with all she has endured so we are looking for a nice chilled out family who enjoys walks and adventures, but also chilling on the coach. Tania is great with other dogs, having lived with 15 here at the rescue and has not been phased by the cats, although the cats do tend to stay out of the way. We also post video's on our YouTube channel where you can see the dogs personalities, get a better idea of age and looks also. We take a lot of pictures and videos and don't always have the time to post them on the dogs individual webpage and adoption site, so we ask that you go to the rescue YouTube channel and photo albums on our Facebook page to see a LOT of pictures and videos. Interested families are required to complete our application process and once approved schedule an appointment to come to the rescue to meet and take home their new best friend.
