Story
I’ve had Bailey since she was a puppy and she is currently 3 years old. She is such a good girl! Lounging and belly rubs are her thing! Because she’s a doodle, she’s going to need regular grooming and a lot of attention. She loves to chat and she’ll definitely tell to when she has to potty. My life has changed so much and I no longer have the time to pour into my girl. I’m praying that we find a family for her that will love her and give her the time and attention she deserves ❤️.

Story
Beauregard is a 70-pound Standard Poodle or Poodle Mix (perhaps Labradoodle) who is estimated to be around 2 years old. He was found lying on the side of a road, underweight at 55 lbs and his beautiful hair all matted—he was neglected and discarded. He was taken in by a Tiny Paws volunteer and went through the county's process of being put into the system in order to give someone a chance to reclaim him before he could legally be ours. Even though he is much larger than the typical dog our rescue takes in, we had fosters for him and knew we couldn't turn him away. Now that he has received the medical care, nourishment, and professional grooming he desperately needed, he has shed his sad past—revealing the happy and playful pup he was meant to be! Beauregard is resilient and ready to live his very best life in his forever home. He is the ultimate "play hard, nap hard" kind of dog. He loves a good play session to burn off his youthful energy, followed by a nap. He will gladly curl right up with you for maximum cuddle time and might even try to crawl in your lap as he often seems to think he is a 10-pound lap dog like his some of his foster siblings! Beauregard is not only loving and playful, but he's also house trained, crate trained, and great on a leash! ******************** Beauregard's adoption fee is $600. He will come to you already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Preference is given to applicants located within the metro Atlanta area. Applications from outside this area may be considered under certain circumstances. Please note that non-local applications will be reviewed only after all local applications have been thoroughly evaluated. Please read this bio in its entirety and then fill out our application by clicking the Apply Online button then Skip to bypass the Adopt-a-Pet form and go straight to the Tiny Paws adoption application. Story
Rehoming our beloved dog Chanson – must go with his best friend Aria ($75 total)Meet Chanson, born June 6, 2020.He is our first dog and has been a wonderful part of our family. Chanson is smart, a big food lover, loves being petted, and enjoys playing with other dogs. He is crate-trained, friendly with both dogs and kids, and has a gentle personality. He does have a mild food allergy. Our vet recommends feeding him lamb instead of chicken.Unfortunately, our young daughter has developed an allergy to Chanson. It has become very difficult to keep our little one safe while still giving Chanson the happy, active life he deserves at home. Because of this, we have to rehome him.Chanson’s best friend is Aria, our purebred Shiba Inu (who originally cost us $1,600). The two of them grew up together and are deeply bonded. We will only rehome them together. We are asking just $75 total for both dogs — only because of our daughter’s allergy.Thank you for helping us find them the right family.

Story
Jovi is a sweet, soulful 4 year old, 21 lb Miniature Labradoodle who just wants a person to call his own. He’s a gentle, shy boy at first, more of a “take it slow and let me come to you” kind of guy, but once he feels safe, his loving personality starts to shine. He enjoys being near his person, with a little personal space at first, and builds trust in the most heart melting way, on his own time, with quiet loyalty and soft affection. Jovi does well with other dogs, though he does best with ones who respect his space when he needs it. He walks on a leash but may need a little patience in new places as he gains confidence. He settles nicely in his crate after a few minutes and is learning his house manners. He currently wears a belly band as he continues working on marking behavior (he was JUST neutered); he’s trying, and progress takes time. Jovi would thrive in a calm, understanding home with a fenced in yard (he won't potty on leash right now), a confident dog buddy preferred but not required, and a patient human who is home often. A quieter, adult-only environment is ideal for him. This boy has so much love to give; he just needs someone willing to meet him where he is and watch him blossom. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will form a deep, meaningful bond, Jovi might just be your perfect match. To adopt him, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.

Story
Piper is a sweet, female "doodle" mix that my parents rescued in San Antonio, TX in 2019. She is house-trained, loves people and other pets (she was rescued with, and lives with, a small terrier mix), and still enjoys walks and play-time. We acquired the dogs after both of my parents passed away over the last 18 months. Piper is loved and well cared-for (all shots up to date, spayed, chipped, and eats veterinary prescription food as it's easy on her stomach), but my wife and I have a young son and both work full-time with significant travel requirements. It would be unfair for her to be in our home. She is accustomed to living with elderly individuals (e.g. doesn't need significant exercise, but still very much enjoys walks and spending time in the backyard), but also are good with kids and love to play. We would like to re-home her somewhere that she can continue to spend time with people during the day and enjoy her next decade.

Story
"Courtesy Post" This is not a Street Paws animal but we are assisting a family with placing their pet. Hi! My name is Daisy. I am a young girl who is very playful and loving. I get along great with cats, other dogs, and children. I love humans, belly rubs, and to sleep next to you while you work. I know how to stay on command and go to my bed when told. I go outside to relieve myself. I need a home where I can get all the attention I need. I crave being with others so if you have a pet I can call my brother or sister, that would be amazing. I don't like the rain and will not go outside but that's more time that I get to spend with you. I think I would make a great addition to your home. With a great coat of black fur and by beautiful big brown eyes, I think our family photo would look great! If you're interested, let's meet up. Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150 mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  Adoption fee is $250 To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at  https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt.     This application does not commit you to an adoption.
