Bijou is a sweet little Poodle mix. He is about 2-3 years old and weighs 10 pounds. He was found dumped on the side of the road in a crate with another dog who has since been adopted. Bijou was matted and terrified when he arrived at Tiny Paws. It’s been a long road but he has made excellent progress and come such a long way in his foster home, but is still quite shy when meeting new people. Bijou is sweet and affectionate to his foster mom. He is so excited to see her that he gets the “tippy tappies” and that has become his nickname. He loves his foster siblings and we are requiring another confident dog in the home that can help show him the ropes! At this time, we are also requiring a home with a fenced yard for him. ******************** Preference is given to applicants located within the metro Atlanta area. Tango is an eight-month-old, 43-pound puppy in Lena’s litter of ten puppies. They were surrendered by their owner and on their way to the vet to be euthanized when we intercepted them. Tango fun and playful, he is great with other dogs and has a very happy-go-lucky nature. Like any puppy, he needs some work, but he’s social and loves to please, so training will go fast for someone with time and patience. It’s a shame they couldn’t take him with them, but luckily, he barely made it out of the shelter, and we have him now. Mikey is sweet and calm for a young dog.
