Unfortunately, Iv'e recently faced a series of health challenges, including hospitalization and emergency surgery, which have temporarily prevented me from working. Thankfully, my boyfriend has been providing invaluable support with bills and caregiving. After much discussion, we have decided to investigate rehoming options for slick, prioritizing his well-being and seeking a family that can offer him the attention, care, and love he deserves. Mikey is a ten-month-old, 46-pound shepherd mix that was surrendered to a shelter because they were moving. It’s a shame they couldn’t take him with them, but luckily, he barely made it out of the shelter, and we have him now. Mikey is sweet and calm for a young dog. O'Malley is a five-year-old, 87-pound lab mix that was picked up as a stray by a shelter, along with another female dog that we also have. He has done well in boarding and seems to like the ladies, but the male dogs are hit-or-miss. He is very sweet and appears clean in his kennel, as if he had lived in a home. And who doesn't love a leaner? O'Malley has perfected that move, and it's hard to resist. He is fine with dogs in boarding, but he LOVES people and is a total sweetheart.
