Story
Riley is a 5-month-old Lab/ Shepard/ collie mix with a huge heart for her smaller size. She loves to play fetch, is starting to learn basic commands, appears to be potty trained, and learning how to walk well on a leash. She is a great pup, but she is still a puppy and will need continued training. She is smart and already knows come, sit, and drop it. She has not met a human or dog she did not like! She has been exposed to younger children and did great. She has not been evaluated with cats. She came to us as her previous owner found themselves homeless and is looking for a new home to grow. please call me for any further questions. 812-528-7478 Thank you for your interest in adopting from HMF.  All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped and otherwise healthy, unless noted in the description.  Our adoption area is within 50 miles of Franklin/Bargersville, IN. Story
This loveable guy is Shadow! Shadow is a 4-year-old, 103-pound Lab mix who is as sweet as they come! This big, lovable boy adores being near his people and thrives on affection. In fact, Shadow isn’t a fan of being left alone—he’d much rather be your constant companion, soaking up all the love and attention you have to give. Shadow has a refined palate when it comes to treats; while the usual ones don’t interest him, he can’t resist a good piece of string cheese or a hot dog. He’s a total softie for snacks and cuddles! We haven’t had the chance to see his playful side just yet, but Shadow seems like the kind of pup who would love toys and a little fun. With his happy demeanor and gentle nature, Shadow is ready to be your new best friend and biggest fan. ????We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. If you are interested in adopting, please contact us via FB Messenger or email us at jcasreception@co.johnson.in.us for an application. You can also find one on our website at http://johnsoncountyanimalshelter.com/adopt/. Once an application is submitted and approved, we can set an appointment to meet the pet!
