Story
I am facing being homeless and both my doggies need a safe good loving home. We’ve been staying with a friend and they’ve been crated a lot these past 6 months. They deserve a better life than what I’m able to give them. I hope someone kind, patient and loving can find it in their hearts to fall in love with these boys and love them as much as I do.

Story
Betty Boop is a delightful 8 month old, female Labradoodle puppy who sadly, as a puppy, has proven to be too much for her owner and is looking for a new home. We are told: "Betty Boop is just as sweet as she can be and silly like a Doodle! I named her Betty Boop because the original Betty Boop character was a female black poodle. She needs to have a good walk every day so she can rest well at night. (Exercise is very important for her) She needs a bit more work on good leash manners but she’s so smart it won’t take long. I have a cat who was not happy with a nosey puppy when I first got Betty at 4 months old, but they have become friends who play together daily and both sleep in my bedroom now. She is playful with the cat, but knows her boundaries. Betty just loves people... she has never met a stranger. People want to come up and meet her because she’s so cute and she tips over and shows her belly to everyone for all of the belly rubs she can handle. This social butterfly would like to play with every dog she meets and she wants to chase all the squirrels or stare them down. She truly is a fun and very funny girl who will bring lots of laughs to your family. She really is a Gem! Betty is house-trained." Betty Boop is looking for a family that has the time and patience to work with a puppy and give her the exercise, direction and socialization she needs to be a good girl.  Any applicant with children under the age of 16, will require a home with direct access to a securely fenced yard… so this means no apartments or condos.  If you would like to meet Betty Boop, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org   ##2518800##

Story
Name: Buddy Breed: Labradoodle Sex: Male Age: 3.18.2025 Spayed/Neutered: Will be neutered/spayed prior to adoption Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Too young (testing is done at 6 months of age) Housetrained: Getting there. Microchipped: Not yet Adoption Fee/Donation: $400 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.

Story
Gusty is a chill older dog who loves cuddling with humans, walks, laying on cardboard, and socializing with other dogs. He is typically low energy and always wants to be on someone's lap although he is always happy to go outside and explore. He typically needs a walk every 1 or 2 days or he can get the zoomies. He loves parties and sleeping in the room his humans are in. He is not cat friendly. Although he has never harmed one, he is always a little too interested for me to trust him alone with one. He is a medium-to-heavy shedder, not quite as bad as a Samoyed or one of the other walking-cloud breeds but he will definitely leave hair on your clothes as he lays in your lap. He tolerates long car rides well and loves exploring new locations. He is a shelter dog so his age and breed are guesses. His last vet check up was normal except one elevated liver value on his blood work which we will be getting rechecked soon.

Story
We adopted Rudy at six months old 3 1/2 years ago. He is very loving loves to cuddle a big couch potato loves to play fetch and swim, but within the last six months, he has started targeting our older dogs, growling and aggressively barking at them and so I think he needs to be in a single dog home where he can get lots of love.
