Meet Stormy! ⛈️ Don’t let her name fool you, she’s pure sunshine! Stormy loves everyone she meets and everyone loves her back just as much! She came into the rescue as a stray, found in the middle of a storm wandering a backroad with a ruptured eyeball. The stark contrast of her physical condition versus her super sweet personality brought her rescuer to immediate tears. Her injured eye required an operation called enucleation and unfortunately had to be removed. But now recovered she is looking for the rainbow at the end of her storm. Stormy is a 1 year old female doodle mix. She loves snuggles, squeaky toys, going on walks, giving hugs, playing in water, and getting ‘the zoomies’. Her favorite foods include watermelon, kale, cantaloupe, and especially carrots! Lots and lots of carrots! She gets along great with other dogs and children of all ages. She does good with patient, playful cats. Stormy would like a home that can provide everything she loves above, enough stimulation for her energy level, and patience as she continues to learn potty-training. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!

Meet Raven — a 2-year-old, 60-pound Labrador Retriever who runs on joy, enthusiasm, and absolutely zero spatial awareness. 🐾😂 Raven is wonderful with her foster mom’s kids and has a heart as big as her personality. She is deeply, passionately, and unapologetically obsessed with toys. Stuffed, squeaky, bouncy — if it exists, Raven wants it in her mouth immediately. Now, a fair warning: Raven does not fully grasp that she is a medium-sized dog with actual mass. When she jumps onto the couch, she does so with the confidence of a puppy and the momentum of a bowling ball. She doesn’t guard her toys at all — she just grabs them enthusiastically, occasionally forgetting that human hands and legs are attached to the process. No malice, just pure Labrador enthusiasm. Because of her “full-contact play style,” Raven would be best with older kids who can laugh, dodge, and appreciate her lovable clumsiness. Raven is sweet, playful, and endlessly entertaining — the kind of dog who will make you laugh daily and keep life interesting.
